I purchased a side step for my Jeep…

I purchased a side step for my Jeep which was missing parts. I called to try to get the missing bolts and just kept being sent from one salesperson to another. Then I was told to call the dealership that it was sent from even though I purchased through mopar and they didn’t answer. Then I was told to call the customer service number which I’ve been leaving messages on with no response at all. Terrible customer service. I just need the missing bolts so that we can safely get into the car.
