Very poor quality
The order and delivery was very efficient but the quality of the masks is so poor I don’t think they are usable. Too thin, too baggy, badly finished. Worse than disposable ones. Very disappointed.
I appreciate the quick response to this from the company and I will use the refund to buy their better quality versions.

With regards to the quality of the masks, we're sad to see that you were disappointed. The majority of our customers have been really pleased with this economical option. The masks provide protection however they are not listed as, and indeed are not, 3 ply. We undertake regular quality control of the masks, and following customer feedback we now also stock a UK hand-made, cotton, 3 ply face mask, with interchangeable filters.
We aim to satisfy all customers through our products and our service, however here I see you feel we have fallen short of the mark. We have been corresponding via email, and I have issued a refund for your products.

Thank you for your feedback and I'm really sorry to see that there has been any confusion. We don't state anywhere on our advertising or our website that our products are made in the UK, unless it is on a specific product that is indeed made in the UK.
Following customer feedback, we now stock a UK handmade reusable 3-ply face mask. We state that this mask is made in the UK but only on adverts specifically for that product.

Really good value .
Really good value wonderful ,I had a problem ordering I contacted customer service and Finn replied very quickly , in the meantime I managed to place my order . I sent an apology for bothering them , to which Finn again replied saying that it was no problem and he was happy that I’d placed the order .The masks arrived and Um very happy with them , I had previously paid £70 for two 50 mask boxes from boots which are very similar !!!! 😆

The mask was not the best quality and I was shocked on receipt that it was made in China. I would like to view more British made products in the future. Not sure whether it is value for money.

I paid for next day delivery but masks…
I paid for next day delivery but masks didn’t arrive till next day.
Also, the masks were not as advertised- only one layer of very lightweight material.
