I have had several interactions with Mopio's customer service since my original purchase of one of their sofa's back in July, 2025. I have a large family and have added several pieces to the original order. When reaching out to them, I have primarily worked with a rep by the name of Vimala...Vimala has ALWAYS been prompt, courteous and informational with each and every response, something that I don't get very often anymore.

Arvind & Liveniya Helped me out very timely vis email when I thought part of my order was missing.

Products are very easy to assemble and good quality.

My delivery was left out in the rain and I was so upset when I got home from work. I called their customer service. They responded asap and said they would ship new if needed. Stayed in touch with me during the holidays until I had someone who could help me unpack everything.
I was very happy to see that nothing was damaged. It's not solid wood but excellent quality for the price. I love them.

One of our modules was sent back to the manufacturer after Fedex failed to deliver it properly. Mopio, Edelwinna Thomas, in specific, was extremely helpful in getting it all sorted out with no stress. She replied to all of my emails super quickly, and after asking for some information, sent it back to us all within a few days. It was exceptional customer service. Not to mention how beautiful the sofa is.

All I can complain about is that it seems they updated their design within the time we got our sofa a couple months ago and this month when we got a few more modules to add. Now the new ones have much larger and squishier pillows and the cushion is squishier. It also is like an inch taller than my original modules. It just looks a little silly because you can tell they’re different. Overall though, very happy with the couch, especially with the removable cushion covers.

TLDR: Excellent quality at a reasonable price. Some assembly required. Would recommend!!

I admittedly expected some horse-shoe style connectors that linked the seats under the cushion, but instead the links are a triangle metal bracket which click into place after they're installed to the bottom of the seats, a little more difficult to setup than expected. Additionally, the seat back piece 'draw latches' don't quite line up with the pre-installed hook holes when you install them first (per instructions) to the bottom of the chairs before adding back pieces, doing so causing misalignment and brackets to not fully latch. Alleviated this by adding the back pieces first via their interior hooks, then turning the seats on their side to add the underside latch brackets in line where they needed to be for full alignment. A minor inconvenience that I figured out after the first seat. Setup was about half an hour per seat... Probably could have gone faster, but wanted to take care not to ruin the product. Other than those minor assembly woes though, an excellent quality product for a reasonable price which didn't break the bank. I didn't mind the extra elbow grease and am absolutely pleased with the final product which turned out exactly as advertised.

It's only day 2, so I expect the cushions will fluff a hair more (vac sealed on arrival) but can already tell they're soft enough for comfort. You'll want to avoid kids jumping on these couches with the storage under each seat, they will eventually go through them, but otherwise, solid construction. I'm a 280lb 6'3 fella and they support me without any effort at all.

The linings went on smoothly without too much trouble, the seats are modular and able to be moved for various numbers of visitors (perfect) and the color (stone gray for us) was exactly on point with expectations. All at a price point which didn't break the bank.

Overall: excellent quality/value at a very reasonable price for exactly what will fit your needs. Kudos Mopio!!

Absolutely love my couch. The only thing I was not too happy with was the height. I thought it was a little bit taller. It’s a little low to the ground outside of that. It’s a great couch… The set up was not hard. It was easy, but it is some work thanks.

I had an issue with a chair I purchased from Walmart made by Mopio. The level of customer service that Mopio provided was something you almost never see, if ever! Unbelievable. Whether my email was answered by Batrisha, Emir, Balvinder or Arvind, the level of promptness and concern was outstanding! They did everything right. That tells me that the owners know how to hire excellent employees. I wish them every success, Mopio has earned it!

I ordered some beautiful glassware and some arrived broken. I emailed with their customer service rep, Arvind, and he took care of everything immediately. He worked very quickly despite the busy holiday season. I am very grateful!

I ordered a piece but had to cancel before it was shipped. I contacted Mopio and Arvind was so kind to assist me. He reached out to the relevant team and gave me multiple updates before successfully processing the cancellation! Great customer service!

Some of the best customer service there is! Our product was damaged in shipping and Batrisha and Emir made sure everything was taken care of with no hassle at all. They were a pleasure to correspond with. A replacement was sent out almost immediately and was perfect!

I purchased a buffet hutch from them upon receiving it was missing a large piece. I emailed Mopio and worked with a representative named Yaashiine, who was wonderful and was able to send the entire unit to me. The customer service with Mopio is above and beyond, especially considering how low customer standards have become since Covid. It's nice to finally feel like the problem is not an annoyance and they take pride in pleasing the customer.

Couch was super comfortable. Easy to assemble and the velvet makes it hard for my cats to scratch. The storage space is unreal and I find the couch to be extremely comfortable.

Slight issue with shipping: one module had a part missing but Arvind Ganesh, a customer experience specialist coordinated with me on getting a replacement for this part. They sent me the part ASAP. Overall, awesome experience with the product and customer service.

I would rate higher if i could. customer service is 10/10. i spoke with Edelwinna about a small problem with one of my purchases and she was so helpful, easy to talk to and quick to resolve the issue!

Bought the Bruno outdoor dining set. One of the chair was misaligned so Mopio sent me a new set of chairs. Customer support was responsive and quick to act. The product itself was good quality and the packaging was well done. Will buy again.

I ordered a coffee table that was damaged in transit. I initially started a conversation with the chat bot on the Mopio website and was sent a form to fill out. After about an hour, I received an email from Loges asking if any issues I had were resolved. I emailed back with information regarding the damaged item and was then connected to Balvinder who helped me get a replacement sent a few days later. I was very satisfied with the quick responses from the Mopio team.

I bought 3 Teddy beds and 3 dressers. The beds look great and were super easy to put together. Easy to dinning up though = soft wood. The dressers are sturdy, but take some time to put together.

I had a great customer service experience with Mopio. Edelwinna helped me and she responded kindly & quickly. My issue was solved within the week. I lost my fireplace remote and they’re replacing it!

We got a coffee table over a year ago. We love it so much and at some point 4 out of the 8 pegs that enable the sliding doors to slide got lost. We tried everything and then we decided to contact Mopio. Batrisha The customer representative was so attentive and helpful, she was very professional and guided us on how to get the spare parts. Today we received the 4 pegs and our coffee table can be fully used again. Thank you so very much for such wonderful customer support team. Batrisha Thank you for helping us !

I contacted customer support over the weekend and they quickly responded to my inquiry. Both representatives who helped me - Balvinder & Emir - were prompt, helpful, and very thoughtful in their service. Excited for my Mopio pieces and future purchases.
