Extremely great customer service. Very quick response time and very communicative. They were able to accommodate me and meet my needs. The Customer Experience Specialist Emir was exceptional!!

I purchased the Bruno outdoor set w/ a bench and 2 chairs. The bench is the ONLY piece from the original set that was sent to me that I have been able to put together.
I contacted customer support, Emir & Batrisha are who “helped” specifically.
In total I have been shipped 4 chairs and 2 tables, none of them machined properly. So much waste has been created with the cardboard/styrofoam packaging and useless pieces of wood that are not finished properly.. I still have no outdoor furniture to relax at and they refuse to refund. Customer service is rather condescending.

Our modular couch shipped promptly. We love the look and comfort of it. The assembly was a little bit more than we were expecting but it was not too difficult - we got it done in a couple of evenings. We love that the covers are washable. My biggest complaint is that the ottoman covers were extremely difficult to get on (barely fit) and one started to rip already due to the tight fit.

I love my pieces! Great quality and looks beautiful! A great way to have an extra large console! Fed Ex lost one of my packages and Mopio customer service wa incredible. I worked with Balvinder. They quickly looked into the situation and Fed Ex history and scheduled a replacement right away.
This wasn’t there fault. But their customer service was incredible.

Emir and Batrisha were amazing to work with. They decreased my stress about the whole situation. I really appreciate them.

I have ordered a sectional couch from Mopio. Unfortunately it didn’t work in my space. I was afraid that I was stuck with it as read some negative reviews before.
But Mopio proved all those reviews were wrong - company responds fast ( my specialist was Emir Arief), asked for photos that nothing is damaged, sent me return labels and that’s it! Already received my refund!

I received the couch, about 3 days after ordering. Which was amazing when it came to the speed of shipping. I order the 9 seater sleeper couch in the Oat color. I only opened one because I was nervous it wasn't as light as portrayed and I was correct. It looks cream/eggshell white but it truly is the color of Quaker oats. (Which is fine) but not the color scheme i was going for, also they are pretty low to the ground which would be a nice vibe for a loft or something of that nature. Because it wasn't exactly what I was hoping I asked for a refund. I was nervous because the return process only happens over email, there is no number to call. They asked me if I wanted a partial refund a 3 different accounts and I politely declined, they sent me the return labels, I was able to get FedEx to pick up my return from my home, and the received my package 3-4 days later. They confirmed the return was in the warehouse on Friday and processed my return by Monday. This couch is great for storage and people with kids being that you wash every cushion cover. If it was just 6 inches higher we probably would have kept it. I will say when it comes to the return process I believe they are on a different time zone because they would always respond later in the day between 5PM-11:30PM my time.

The shipping of my couch was extremely fast, i placed my order on a Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday the following week. The quality of the sofa is better than I ever expected and it is incredibly easy to clean.

We had an issue with an item we received and Liveniya was amazing in helping me and resolving the issue. The furniture I ordered is beautiful! I will definitely order again in the future.

Very responsive customer service and overall great sectional. Looks beautiful in our new family room and the storage in each section is easy to access and a great space for blankets and pillows.

Shipped sooner than expected. Beautiful piece but missing parts.
