Excellent product!

The shipping was so fast, assembly was easy and the table is beautiful.

The foam is too hard to sleep on and the instructions do not show how to raise and lower the foot piece.

My order was correct when it showed up and shipped quicker than I expected. I ordered the couch on a Friday and it showed up the following Wednesday. The couch was easy to set up. It'll take you 20-30 minutes to figure out the first piece, then the rest of them take 10-15 minutes each to put together. Give the cushions 1 - 2 days to fully rise after being vacuum packed. They're not the cushiest of cushions, but I'm happy with them overall.

We had an issue with the arm rest. I wrote an email and got a response quickly. They shipped out a replacement part right away. We love this sofa and it’s perfect color. It’s perfect for our office/man cave. The sofa has good lumbar support.

This cabinet is so beautiful and well built! I would absolutely buy another Mopio product!

Received all of my cabinets and there were some cosmetic blemishes and some damaged pieces. I’ve been working with customer service for a week now and they keep asking me over and over to confirm which pieces I need replaced and where to ship them to, but they still haven’t shipped them. Every time customer service responds to my email it’s another person and I’m just going around in circles meanwhile I have furniture pieces all over my living room because I can’t finish putting my cabinets together until they ship the replacement parts out.

I just placed an order where the wrong address populated on the order. They were able to update it the following day.

Just be advised that when you first reach out via chat they use a strict script and forward all issues to another department so you won’t get any immediate help.

Quality of the furniture is great though.

Love the dining table set I got from Mopio! The price is so worth it for the solid wood quality and design details. Looks similar to others from Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn that I was eyeing but at a fraction wowww It's also the perfect size for our space and family. Table came in perfect condition and was easy to put together. So happy we found this table. The upholstered dining chairs are soooo comfortable! They material feels more comfy that expected and sits perfectly with the dining table I bought from the same seller. The legs are made of solid wood and not plastic like the previous chairs I got so it feels much sturdier! It is slightly pricey for Amazon’s standard but the quality is worth it! I also love the dining bench - It is extremely sturdy and I can remove the covers of the bench easily to wash. My family came over for dinner over the weekend and commented how my dining set is the centerpiece of my home. Highly recommend this purchase!

The bed frame arrived not too long after I ordered it. My daughter and grandson assembled it for me. I would not have been able to do it. It does take two people to assemble it. On the whole they were satisfied with the instructions and parts supplied. There was one place that needed slight modification to get the screw in, but other than that there were no problems. The frame is well made and I like the wood and the style. I particularly like the Velcro for the slats. I am old enough to remember how slats could shift and one would wind up sliding downhill.

Loved all my furniture pieces and everything was in the boxes and assembly was smooth.

Absolutely beautiful glasses! BUT, it took three shipments to get a complete set of four unbroken glasses. The customer service was great and I love, love, the prismatic and classy looking wine glasses. They don’t even seem particularly delicate, but whatever stuff they’re shipping them in sucks! Super glad to have a full set now though and looking forward to using them often.

Sent wrong items. Also this couch is very firm/uncomfortable. The cushions are only 4 inches thick and sit directly on wood.. Do not recommend buying
