This is the 3rd platform I’ve written a review on in hope that this place gets out there and more people visit because of how awesome it is! If you like me have those interests and hobbies which make people squirm then this is the place for you! Filled with strange and wonderful artefacts that you can view, take photographs of and sometimes purchase as a souvenir! The must see of the museum is the talented owners handmade wicker man in the garden! And if you’re a cat lover you will not be disappointed!

The owner, Dave, was really welcoming and kind, offering to explain the story behind any of the objects in the museum and answer any questions! If you’re into the paranormal, taxidermy, history, or anything weird and wonderful, I highly recommend giving The Morbitorium a visit! (And make sure to check out their shop for cool items!)

It was honestly really cool, we took my teenage son who loved it. We all found it very interesting and saw some really cool things. I LOVED the gift shop!

My partner took me to the Morbitorium as a little surprise birthday field trip, and I absolutely loved it :) Great private collection of oddities, perfect for anyone who likes to just poke around and look at fascinating weird stuff. The owner was very friendly and happy to chat about whatever interested you, and introduced us to one of his (living) cats who was sauntering around. Also the gift shop was great, and I went home with a lot of treasures. Overall, a gothic weirdo TREAT of a place.

Fantastic little museum full of interesting and unusual artifacts. The staff are very nice and helpful also full of knowledge. Lovely little shop at the back and a small out side reading area also. Would highly recommend. My son loves the place and visits at least once a month.

Tucked away on a quiet little street (with convenient parking!), this hidden treasure might look like an unassuming house from the outside — but step inside, and you're instantly transported into a cabinet of curiosities like no other. Two wonderfully eerie rooms serve as the museum, with a quirky little shop tucked at the back where collectors and oddity-lovers will find their hearts skipping a beat.

We were warmly welcomed by the museum’s owner — a true enthusiast and storyteller whose passion for the bizarre is absolutely infectious. He doesn’t just collect strange things — he lives them. He even built his very own Wicker Man in the garden and was kind enough to show it to us!

From the moment I stepped in, I was mesmerized. I wandered from room to room — and then back again, just to make sure I hadn’t missed a single weird and wonderful detail. The collection is jaw-dropping and included so many wonderful things. I loved the Ouija boards from around the world, each with its own chilling tale; interesting wet specimens; a mermaid fossil and even what appears to be an alien (yes, really!)... and countless bizarre artifacts sent in from curious souls across the globe.

It felt like stepping into a real-life gothic storybook.

If, like me, you thrive on exploring the unknown and love learning about the eerie, the mystical, and the unexplained — then this museum is your personal playground. I even walked away with a few unusual treasures for my own collection. 💀✨

I bought this awesome Miskatonic University Library bookmark on Etsy & the quality is way better than I thought it would be! It matches well with the rest of my authentic Cthulhu mythos collection & of course holds my page spot in any book just as strong as a tentacle with a death grip around your leg. Will definitely buy from this shop again

Fantastic website/shop, I’ve bought from them a few times now, My partner also got me a taxidermied duck recently and I adore it! I just bought a mummified mole and it is adorable and so well presented, fast shipping, good communication and well priced for the item, I love having my items on display they’re a talking point of my new flat!

No words to describe what Dave and Delphi Nile have created at the Morbitorium, but I’ll try!

This is an amazing museum, unlike anything else you’ll ever see. What really brings it to life is the warmth you find there. I’ve done several workshops with Dave and Delphi, all incredible, and the space they provide is so happy and welcoming. Whether you are fussing the newest kitten (Howie), browsing the incredible FAAFO merchandise or learning from Delphi Nile - this place has become a home from home and I never stop being amazed when I visit.

I purchased a framed bat skeleton and couldn't be happier with it. The curator answered my questions about where it was sourced and was really helpful in getting it delivered quickly. The item was well packaged and the skeleton is in perfect condition.

Had a great day on the tarot workshop with Delphi and Dave. Lovely energy and Delphi shared heaps of knowledge in an engaging and entertaining way - good for beginners but plenty of great insights for anyone with a little familiarity with tarot too. The museum is well worth a visit and the shop has lots of interesting items to tempt the curious. Highly recommend visiting and checking out their events.
