I recently used Morgan and Morgan due to a bad car accident. My family’s car was completely totaled and I was injured. The service was horrible. I was having to call far too frequently to get updates on the case. I do not recommend anyone using Morgan and Morgan. It took over a year to get any answers regarding the claim. I have yet to receive a full report. However, when a check was finally cut Morgan and Morgan took well over half of the check for themselves, leaving very little for my family and I. At all cost, run don’t use Morgan and Morgan. Don’t make the same mistake I made.

Morgan and Morgan are only ambulance chasers. They wouldn't help me with a
possible malpractice case where my brother passed away. Their commercials are completely bogus
So called largest law firm in the world. They only want car accident and large class action cases. They are only out to make as much money as they can for themselves. T

Even after telling them to stop contacting me they continue to harass me and invade my privacy. This "firm" is a SCAM and HARASS people nonstop. DO NOT CONTACT THEM.

Morgan and morgan is not for the people they are for themselves. False advertisement. They not once met with me and my som who was mistreated. They called me said they could not do anything . They were paid off by state and school district. They are sorry. And full of lies. I talked to the doctors they say they got info from and not one said anything the atty lied to me about. They should benshut down taking advantage working on peoples emotions i bet if it was there child they would get those who mistreated them.

This law firm isnt nothing but talk & they show up so you can win. I don't know what type of play book this law firm is using. Be smart & do your own research on finding a lawyer that works for you & you want be working for them.

The more I talk to people the more I realize Morgan and Morgan settled for peanuts . Both my daughters were in an accident and practically crippled . We were at a light stopped and the guy who hit us was going at least the speed of 50 miles totaled our SUV and pushed us
15 feet into the next car. We only got 13,000 for one and 21,000 for my other daughter. Who both have life long disabilities now. Not only that but you get the henchman never the experience lawyer you originally talked to. Plus they never get back to you. They are terrible. I hope no one falls into the terrible experience we did. Do not use this firm .

I was struck by an uninsured DUI driver on the 91 fwy and suffered multiple injuries as a result. In good faith, I secured the services of Morgan and Morgan and was assigned to an attorney who did not offer good legal services. Ultimately my attorney was only able to secured a settlement of $15,000 for my personal injuries from my employers insurance.
My lawyer advised me to visit his pain management specialist who offered no treatment value, little service and quickly eroded my portion of the settlement. My attorney was fully aware that I had a team of doctors who were provided from my State Fund program and my Kaiser insurance. His referral to his own group of doctors was a useless folly and unnecessary. In addition to the medical expenses for the lawyers referral doctors, I was charged several elaborate and expensive fees that could not be properly verified or reasonably explained. An MRI for instance was needlessly performed and billed to my account despite an MRI which was performed by my Kaiser doctors at no expense to me and for the same body area.
From my insurance pay out, I was only offered a little over $3,000 from $15,000 as my attorney and his assigned doctors eroded my settlement. My meager and remaining portion was not even paid to me as I refused to sign their closing statement admonishing them from any future medical financial responsibilities of their own doctors involving my case. They did not offer a reasonable explanation of their expenses to me. I was not even aware that they settled the case and only learned that they settled the case from an office employee and not my attorney. My attorney kept me ill aware of my case status and was unreliable.
I feel that I was victimized by the justice system and from my attorney and his doctors who took all of the settlement award.
I feel that I could have done better without an attorney.
Overall to the day of this posting, I received no settlement award.
Morgan and Morgan is really for the lawyers and not the people.

Very disappointed with Morgan and Morgan they are not for the people they are here to line their pockets at the expense of the people. I was involved in a major motorcycle crash. I will forever live with scars and titanium rod in my leg because of someone else. Morgan and Morgan did not tackle this as hard as I believe it should have. I was constantly encouraged to sign documentation that I did not agree with. Out of $100,000 I was awarded Morgan & Morgan took 33% for themselves.

At the end of the journey, I still have a helicopter medical transport bill and a $100,000 emergency room bill that is till eating away at my finances and personal life.

I will never recommend this firm to anyone and advise the small people to steer clear and find a personal lawyer that will fight for you. The business model is to settle outside of court quickly with insurance companies and line their own pockets.

To anyone considering their services, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The initial promises of dedicated service and client care were not upheld in my experience. Save yourself the time, stress, and aggravation of dealing with a company that fails to communicate and follow through on their commitments. There are plenty of other law firms out there that will treat you with the respect and professionalism you deserve.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Morgan & Morgan and strongly advise potential clients to steer clear of this company. I hired them to handle a legal case, which was settled for $25,000. However, despite the case being resolved, I have yet to receive my settlement.

The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of communication. Janet Berry Hansberry was my case manager, and Andre Marques was the principal attorney. Once the case was settled, there was absolutely zero communication from them. I have spent countless hours trying to get in touch with someone at Morgan & Morgan, making numerous phone calls and sending multiple emails, but I have received no response whatsoever. It is unacceptable to be left in the dark with no updates or explanations, especially when it concerns such a significant amount of money.

This lack of responsiveness is not only unprofessional but also incredibly stressful and time-consuming. I trusted Morgan & Morgan to handle my case efficiently and to provide the necessary support and communication throughout the process. Instead, I have been met with silence and frustration at every turn.

Only taking cases but never delivering the service they promised. Since a 16 month period, I have been their client and nothing is going forward. The claim manager is magic. She makes notes for calls she never made. No updates. The agreed-upon methods for communication are not used. The escalation team only puts the client down and doesn't do anything to help in this. Management is never reachable. All promises are lies.
Today is the June 06 and not any reaction from Morgan & Morgan!!!

Overwhelmingly exceptional law firm. I most recently asked for them to represent me in which a young man ran a stop sign & t-boned me. I have a medical condition known as Elhers-Danlos Syndrome which is both a blessing & a curse. This causes me to be hyper mobile & fortunately/unfortunately I had a 90 min massage (for therapy) just prior to this accident which was just the perfect recipe for disaster. My L4, L5, S1 have extreme damage. My spinal cord is literally sticking out of my vertebrae & I would rather give birth to my 3 children at the same time then to deal with not even being able to take a deep breath of air, not being able to get myself into an MRI machine & 3 shots of vicodin couldn't fix. The 4th worked thank goodness. But then left with 2 days worth of pain medication to be able to get back into ortho to try to reschedule a surgery that was cancelled due to covid. It is only Morgan & Morgan, my local Jacksonville attorneys that have gotten me through all of this. Emily Logue & Ashley Winstead, I really hope you receive credit where credit is due. You are incredibly exceptional women & I truly appreciate your professionalism during a time when couldn't compose myself. I am almost 5 years out of that horrible day & I'm blessed to say that hiring Morgan & Morgan was the best decision I have ever made & has helped me to recover to about 85% but getting better every single day. Mr. John Morgan, thank you for doing good & 1 of these days I hope to actually meet you. You really do care about all of us "little people" & it shows. Lori Manis

Was a complete waste of my time had a legit case a case they fail to win I a waste of my time I should have when with a different lawyer company for sure was on video too but they didn't even bother ! They a joke of a company if you think of get a lawyer an your poor don't go with this one they just/waste your time till its to late to sue them they helped people I was sue more than they helped me ! It a scam 😒they even had me do reviews before they'd finished my case tricked me in to give positive feed back cause I thought they were on my side when they were in fact out for them self just like rest of the world thank for nothing !

Morgan and Morgan are the absolute WORST law firm in the world. They are so lazy and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use then. They use as much lawyers on their firm, pass you around so they can steal all the money that would go to the customer. A big bunch of FRAUDSTERS !!!

IS MORGAN AND MORGAN AMONG THE WORST LAW FIRMS IN THE WORLD? You decide: After first taking my slip-fall-broken arm accident case, and so informing the insurer for the Georgia motel where I had the accident, the Atlanta Morgan and Morgan then declined that same case and ignored my demand to remove my confidential medical records from their files. Then, when I demanded information on the firm's own Errors and Omissions insurance, which protects clients and former clients from such abuse by law firms, another attorney there -- as well as their so-called Client Experience Team -- refused me any data to which I was legally entitled. Morgan and Morgan thus added worse injury to that broken arm, and also made my case much more difficult -- but they did not care at all about that abuse! BEWARE ALL OFFICES OF THIS FIRM -- MORGAN AND MORGAN IS TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY: A HORRID LAW FIRM!

A woman called with a squeaky voice and enough of an accent I could hardly understand her. She asked me a couple questions which were clearly answered in my submission so I asked her if she even read it. Then she asked me what kind of law suit it is. I told her you’re the lawyers, you tell me. She then read some of what I submitted and asked if I was ready to talk to a lawyer. I said yes, she put me on hold for what seemed to be forever because as I waited I had to listen to recordings of John Morgan endlessly promoting his company. I could only take so much of this kind of abuse so eventually I hanged up the phone. A few days later I got another woman calling, different woman but similiar goofy voice with an accent, same stupid questions ending in an offer to speak to someone. When I told her I’ve been through this routine a couple days ago and do not intend to wait on hold until someone decides to talk to me. She said oh they must have been busy! I said well how about this. You tell the lawyer who has my case to call me when he is ready to talk, you have my number. If I’m not too busy when he calls I won’t leave him on hold….long.

This is a firm of Narcicists who aren’t for “the people” unless the people’s name is Morgan.

Never again. NEVER. This company took my case then SAT on it for nearly a year, costing me a settlement on top of my pain and suffering. I will not even come close to considering these LAZY attorneys again even if my life depended on it. No communication, no progress, and no professionalism. This firm wasted a year of my life due to their shortcomings. Do NOT use Morgan and Morgan as your attorney!
