I applied for SSDI 2 years ago

I applied for SSDI 2 years ago. No one returned my calls. I wasted $10,000 dollars for them to do this work. I did it in 1 month. They made many excuses. They owe me for the work they didn't do. I would never recommend this company. Don't waste your time.This is taking advantage of a person who's been in in a coma.SHAME ON YOU!

I’ve had a Bad experience with the Case…

I’ve had a Bad experience with the Case Manager over my Case. I would never refer anyone to this firm Skylar Sims is not a responsible truthful person. She doesn’t respond to messages & when you do call and get her, she will straight up and lie and say she didn’t receive the voicemail!! Unbelievable it’s more just don’t feel like typing it!!!!! Sims is not for the People….🥲

Started Social Security disability, and Workmen’s Comp. claim with an offset they never told me about out with the Workmen’s Comp

Started out with the Workmen’s Comp. claim that all went fine. My lawyer was Scott Uricchio and Angella Gonzalez one big thing about Workmen’s Comp. when I got my settlement that was fine but then Angella said I will get Social Security disability. They never told me about the offset big word offset that would have no Social Security disability the amount they got me was $325 a month For 25 years they’ve been doing this for Morgan And Morgan now I’ve lost my retirement and going on $42,000 and retirement that I’ve lost find another law firm and they are unwilling to help me at all. They don’t care that I am suffering both with the disability and now no money and no retirement that I’ve worked 42 years for. He told me to be honest with me that he’d have to refer me to his Social Security department because they know much more. I have not slept now for almost 4 months the most sickness I think you could probably ever have thinking that you’ve lost all your retirement pay in Social Security, And no money thanks Scott and Angella for really doing a fantastic job The offset was started in 1965 to be honest like Scott said Morgan And Morgan hires some professional people that know their job inside and out for 25 years. Scott told me he’s been doing this. He sure seems to have missed the biggest part of his job and now I am suffering because of Morgan And Morgan and Scott Uricchio an Angel Gonzalez

They just SUCK

They just SUCK. For the people my ASS. Bougie!!!!!!!
Scared to even consider my case against Walmart. Everyone is scared to take them on. I tried to talk to them when McDonalds cracked my tooth with an overcooked chicken wing. Not enough money for them I guess.

This Morgan and Morgan so-called law firm with so many attorneys should get a zero rating. It’s definitely a waste of time you talk to people on the other side of the world but not the greatest I would not recommend this law firm to anyone at all.

You are money grubbing, not for the people.

You told my Father that you would take his case. You didn't do squat, didn't respond, nothing. Absolutely abhorrent from your firm. My Father was seriously injured from dogs attacking him while on a walk. He almost died but because they were renters who were forbidden to have that breed you decided? that the $$ wasn't there. You are a bunch of hacks and predators.

Social Security Disability

December 2021 I applied for Social Security Disability. The Lawyer
did nothing. They kept switching lawyers and assistants. Social Security denied me. I would never recommend Morgan and Morgan as a lawyer. There is no reason my case should have been denied. Morgan and Morgan did nothing to win my case. I have multiple birth defects that are degenerative along with arthritis that were not properly addressed by the lawyer. They did not have my back. So three years later I have no income, no health insurance, no car, and medical bills I cant pay. Because they did not do their job the Social Security clock has basically ran out. At this point there is nothing I can do. I have two years before I can actually retire. With no money or help. I have no idea what will happen over the next two years. As a final note I will say they waved their fee. I have nothing good to say about this horrible company.

Not advocates for deaf

I was utterly shocked by my experience with this law firm after being referred by a deaf advocacy organization. Initially, I was hopeful that they would offer services tailored for the deaf community, as they claim to handle both personal injury and non-personal injury cases. However, when I inquired about any connections or services specifically for the deaf population, I was met with refusal and dismissiveness.

After a brief conversation, I hung up feeling frustrated, only to call back and face an even more disheartening experience. The second person I spoke to abruptly hung up when I asked if they had sign language-speaking lawyers. It was surprising and disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism. I have never had a law firm end a call so rudely, and it left me feeling undervalued and ignored.

Moreover, I have heard numerous referrals to Morgan & Morgan from other members of the deaf and hard of hearing community, who seem to believe that this firm is more than just a typical personal injury law office seen in TV ads. It’s disheartening to realize that many are misled about the level of support available for our community.

I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the bar association regarding this experience, and I highly recommend that others who have faced similar issues do the same. It’s crucial for law firms to be held accountable for their actions and to ensure that they genuinely serve the communities they claim to represent.

Very poor communication

Very poor communication. There accounting in the Tampa area is terrible. Sent first payment check that was issued almost 2 months old. Send second payment check that was over 3 months old and was not able to cash. Suppose to re issue the check a month ago and still waiting. I'll never use them again.

Unprofessional

Put me through hoops providing information on their lousy website that they kept losing only to be told they're not interested. Extremely unprofessional. Now, that I see all the bad reviews and low score with the BBB, I'm glad I didn't get them involved.

John Morgan's vision and mission is not integrated in the fields.

I give the one star. After I reached out to this firm online I did receive call backs starting January 13, 2025. I spoke with Jesse on January 14 advised in order to send my case to an attorney he needed me to get some information from SSA. When I called back with the information I had to repeat everything I stated on the 14th to another individual who told me Morgan and Morgan could not take my case but I should keep look in the WHITE PAGES for another law firm. I was advised she could not disclose the reason why If you listen or read this firms website The attorney is expressing how he and his firm looks out for the underdog. Wow I did not even get to speak to an attorney or a paralegal to explain anything Free consultation does not mean you will have one with a licensed individual but rather a call center

Morgan and Morgan totally treated me as…


Morgan and Morgan totally treated me as a NOBODY!!
I only received $1200 and Morgan and Morgan took over $3000.00!!! My lawyer only spoke to me once, And lead me to believe I was taking the necessary procedures by going to the doctors and chiropractor weekly! The person I spoke with was the case manager who totally just took all of my complaints and tears and said we are sorry but this is the bottom case!
I suggest never use Morgan and Morgan unless you have a big time case! I should have walked away with over $13000.00 instead $1200.00.
Thank you for nothing Morgan and Morgan!

Accepting Two Cases: & Two Dropped Cases !!!

Bottom line. Morgan & Morgan accepted two cases for me. ( At two separate locations. ). And, I was supposed to get millions of dollars, but they dropped both cases. They wanted me to settle, but I didn't want to. Because, that what I hire them for, to get me what I deserved. They LIE !!!

Entering the year 2025

Entering the year 2025, I was involved on New Years Day in a car accident. A 23-year-old young lady ran the red light in her Mercedes benz. Hubby and I were on Commercial ramp exit where you can only go left. In Oakland Park Blvd, Florida. We had the green light when vehicle # 2 came out of nowhere. She must have been doing above 70 or 80 speed limits in a 40 zone, based on the destruction of our mini coop vehicle. She destroyed our axel on our mini coop and caused the car to pivot and managed to hit the back right side of the vehicle where my gas tank is. Had she hit the passenger side where I was sitting, she would have killed me instantly. I had my seatbelt on, hubby was driving at the wheel, and we had the green light. After the violent impact, I was unable to breathe, I was rushed to Hospital with 2 fractured ribs and a torn tendon on the right shoulder with a torn bone that chipped. Followed by right sideburns from the deployed airbags that burned my right side of my body. This 23-year-old young lady with her Mercedes benz, hit my mini in two spots. Had she hit the passenger door I would have been dead. After counting my blessings for seeing another day and being alive to tell my story a few days later I needed legal advice. I waited for the pain to die down a little before I reached out to Morgan & Morgan. I see them on TV all the time while giving commercials and on the news, I decided to reach out to them. I had a bad experience with Blakley and Blakley 3 years ago where they dropped my case and never took the time to call me or let me know that they were not making any money on my case, and they decided to close my case without no notification. To add insult to my injuries, I had to call them! I vowed never again to call Blakley and Blakley again. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone I care about.
I decided to call Morgan & Morgan. Yes, it’s true what the commercial says on TV. They reach out to you right away; they contact you with a Case Worker in your area where you reside. They ask all the right questions, and you don’t have to leave your home to fill out any paperwork. I was taken cared of over the phone and via text/email on my cell phone and everything was by signed by docusign. Very Professional and most importantly they care about the people and what you endured. I had the pleasure of being paired up with Ms. Rocio Santana BKA as Ms. Rossy who is the Case Manager for attorney Zeb Goldstein. Let me tell you that I felt so comfortable sharing my story, I asked my questions, I asked them to please explain the process to me and my husband and Ms. Rocio Santana held my hand every step of the way. She came back with positive feedback to help my husband, and I understand our options. She also paired us up with her attorney Mr. Zeb Goldstein who explained the pros & cons. I was impressed, and I highly recommend these two caring Professionals for people. The commercial on TV is not a false or fake advertisement. Ms. Rocio Santana & Mr. Zeb Goldstein are individuals with GOOD CHARACTER followed by ETHICS and MORALS and most importantly honest Professional with INTEGRITY, which is an A+++ in my book. And Hubby & I appreciate that! I highly recommend MORGAN & MORGAN for the people. MariaE “Survived reckless driving on the road” entering the 2025.

If I could leave zero stars I would

If I could leave zero stars I would. Morgan and Morgan pursued my case in March of 2023. They let me case drag on for 8 months. Called me while I was at a dealership getting a new car and told me they were no longer able to represent me or my case. I’ve endured thousands of thousands of dollars in medical bills during that 8 month span. When I was called I was told to reach out to a different firm. That firm, on site, told me they would not be able to represent me. Morgan and Morgan decided to take on a case that they knew they could not handle and left me, a low class citizen, with a terrible amount of medical debt. They are a bad look for lawyers. They do not look properly into cases and situations and their communication is horrible. I am forced now to pay over $35,000 of medical bills now because they did not do their proper research. Not to mention , a doctor that they referred me to gave me a shot, hit a nerve and permanently damaged my back. I will be sure to leave this review on every platform possible. Please stay away from this law firm. Morgan and Morgan are not for the people. If they were , they would recognize their mistake and help the person who they did screw up in this situation. I hope this negative review can help a lot of families and persons with their lawyer choosing in the future. Stay away from Morgan and Morgan, they are not for the people.

Remorseful & Regretful

Retained them in October 2023 I had several attorneys and team members they changed them without any notification, you just look in their app and everyone has changed. They don't communicate effectively to emails or calls I find them unprofessional, unresponsive, and uncaring. During my case I experienced no income, eviction and learned they talk to outside sources about my compensation before talking to me first. Most attorneys in my past discussed funds, rehabilitation, and effectively using your projected funds to receive an appropriate compensation in the end NOT MORGAN & MORGAN!!!!
That Morgan & Morgan app is a joke!!!
I would NEVER retain them again. For The People....yeah, sure. Referrals are out the window!!!! I will be evicted 01-20-2025!!! No income at all due cervical spine surgery applied for all the necessary funding no response either!!! Horrible experience!!!!

I used Morgan and Morgan for a slip and…

I used Morgan and Morgan for a slip and fall and it took them a year to get back with me to tell me they were dropping my case. If they would have told me sooner I could have gone with someone else. Morgan and Morgan only deal with car accidents. You have to be on deaths door for them to actually work your case. Dan newlin is the same way. Slip and falls they don't waste their time on. Find a attorney that actually does those cases only.

Sorry we called Morgan & Morgan

Retained them in April 2024. We have had four attorneys and two paralegal. They simply change them. No notification, you just look in their app and everyone has changed. They all have one commonality, they don't respond in a timely manner. 2-4 emails or calls before responding.
I find them unprofessional, unresponsive, and uncaring.
I've had to hear about my case manager being sick, her friend being homeless, and other drivel.
I would NEVER retain them again. For The People....yeah, sure.
