Lack of communication, follow-up, and overall service
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the lack of communication, follow-up, and overall service I have received from Morgan and Morgan in relation to my case. My case manager, Darius Young, has shown a consistent pattern of unresponsiveness, which has caused considerable frustration and concern. On 05/14/2025, I was contacted by Mr. Young, who requested my signature on a document pertaining to my case. I signed and returned the document the same day, as requested, believing that the matter would proceed promptly. However, since that time, I have been unable to receive any meaningful updates regarding my case.
Over the course of the next three weeks, I made more than five attempts to reach Mr. Young via phone, leaving detailed voicemails each time. Additionally, I sent three emails, all of which requested a simple status update on my case. Despite my repeated efforts to follow up, I received no response, and my concerns went completely unaddressed.
On 06/03/2025, I finally reached Mr. Young. During our conversation, I was informed that no follow-up had been made on my case, and that nothing had been done since I returned the signed documents on May 14. This lack of action was both disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering the trust I placed in your firm to handle my legal matters. I am extremely disappointed by this lack of professionalism and communication. As a client, I expect a basic level of responsiveness, especially when I have taken every initiative to stay in touch. The failure to follow up on my case in a timely manner has caused unnecessary frustration, leaving me with serious concerns about the handling of my legal affairs.
I trust that Morgan and Morgan will take this matter seriously and work to resolve the issues I’ve raised, including a formal acknowledgment of this complaint and an assurance that this issue will be addressed to prevent future instances of similar neglect. I look forward to an agreeable resolution.

We hired Morgan & Morgan for a case that was taken on about 4-5 years ago. It is a straightforward case. There was nothing particularly complicated about it. We are on our third attorney and probably our fifth paralegal. I would happily give Lavonna Kachik, paralegal and Gina Kimmell, attorney five stars because these two stellar ladies "got the job done" in weeks that the rotating door of Morgan & Morgan talent failed to do for years. I am only giving three stars because of the incompetence, missed steps, delays, and negligence of the staff that preceded them.

I had a driver protected by the police
I had a driver, hit me head on at between 90 and 100 mph. At the time of the accident, driver was driving on a suspended license, with no car insurance. Before he hit me. He was ticketed with driving to fast for conditions. Careless driving and he wasn't impaired. Even though he wasn't checked for DUI. II enlisted the help of Morgan and Morgan. They told me not to worry about the driver, he'll be taken care of. They focused on my uninsured motorist insurance, of $50,000. They took their fee of $16,666, and then they told me my health care provider bills were $16,000, which left me with $16,000. The only problem is that when I contacted three of the five health care providers, they told me my balance was zero. One of the health care providers charged me $4500 dollars for a procedure that would cost $600.00 for a standard and customary charge. I will not sign the closing statement, because it is an inaccurate document. It took them a year to get this statement to me. I had full coverage on my car, with Geico, and I had Humana private health care coverage. I feel that my health care provider charges were inflated. I have asked for receipts and, when and where was the health care provided. I've sent three e-mails, in the last month to my case manager, with no reply.

If I could give zero stars I would. 8 mnths to complete a small bathroom. The contractors do appalling work, site manger states there's no issues with said shoddy works then gets angry when you point out other faults. Takes ages to rectify them, then when you chase works/repairs/amendments/dates/times he then talks to you like you a child. They leave your home a mess, don't use any type of floor cover which left them ruining my new floor with grout. Then blamed me for the discolour of new floor! Wish I could show pictures as I documented it all. Avoid at all costs!

Initially, filing my case with Morgan & Morgan was straightforward. However, I anticipated receiving updates on their strategy and progress, which never materialized. Instead, I received information about unrelated cases, raising concerns about potential mismanagement of my case.
Despite speaking with an attorney who was pleasant, my concerns remained unaddressed, and communication continued to be a challenge. Interactions with various staff members varied, with some being unprofessional and others insisting on personal information, such as my date of birth, despite having a file number.
This experience has led me to question the firm’s internal processes and client management. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for those considering their services.

If you hired Morgan and Morgan, yes you made a mistake. If you expect them to be responsive and keep you updated, wrong. If you think they care, wrong, and if you think they only care about the big cases, well my friend you are 100% correct. What I truly dont understand is why they need to lie about the case status. Just tell the truth. Most people will understand. Its been three years and my case has yet to be completed. If they spent more time actually working on cases, they wouldn't need to advertise at all. I don't expect them to be on business much longer.
Absolute waste of time
Absolute waste of time. I was in an accident November 2024 and sustained whiplash, extensive back pain, and several other injuries I wanted compensation for. Morgan and Morgan spent 4 months doing absolutely nothing, sending me through 3 different case managers, with 0 opportunity to ever speak with my attorney. By time I got to my third attorney, I was told I hadn’t had enough documented medical records of the accident (something my FIRST case manager said she’d help me with), and that they wouldn’t be able to represent me. These people are scam artists and the most tumultuous, stressful half year of my life was consistently accented by their incompetence. If you have any self respect, or a legal team that actually cares for your wellbeing, you’ll stay as far away from Morgan and Morgan as possible.

Was not helpful after filing a claim with them, they harrassed me with phone calls and emails just to call me get all my info and than tell me theres nothing they can do after being on the phone with them for a long time! I told them not to sell my info i guess we’ll see!

I contacted their company 9 days ago, then got a call back yesterday (8 days ago) from a guy wanting further details. He doesn't respond to texts or the 3 calls I've made to him. Very poor response time for their marketing team. Either they are very busy or very unorganized, but this has needed an immediate response so I've had to shop it with other smaller law firms that actually call me back.

I am still battling a car accident claim from 11/2022. Legal team is severely lacking in professionalism and communication. My case manager Yumani requires multiple calls to get hold of, and doesn't answer to emails. She missed communications from the hospital regarding my bill and closed the case already.
I would pick a smaller team for your personal injury needs.

The commercial says do your research. Most definitely!!! We contacted them after my son was left flat on his back, in a coma. This resulted in a stage 4 bedspread that required numerous surgeries. Sound like negligence? Definitely. Unless you're Morgan & Morgan. They said my son had no basis for a claim. They will go after the little guy but not the hospitals and nurses who clearly don't do their jobs!
