Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 101 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the customer service, finding it unhelpful and difficult to reach a real person. They also encountered issues with their claims, with many stating their cases were dropped or denied without clear reasons, or that the firm only took on "high-profile" cases. Customers frequently reported poor communication from the staff, with some experiencing a lack of updates, unanswered calls, and even rude interactions. Some people also felt that the service was unprofessional, citing issues like being passed between multiple attorneys and case managers without notification, and receiving templated responses that didn't address their specific situation.

Biggest Scam Company!!!

You all are horrible people and it's pathetic to have the owner of this firm act so compassionate like he's truly here to help people, especially a combat veteran when in reality it's all about if he can make money or not. I hope someone sues you all for your false advertising and the owners should be absolutely ASHAMED of how they market their practice! Never been more disgusted in my life!!!

I consider them to be scammers

Don't be fooled by the clever multi-million dollar ad campaign. John Morgan became a billionaire because he ONLY takes cases that are 100% win. The "For the People" slogan is BS. He will only take your case if it serves HIS best interest. And don't fall for the "heartwarming" story about his brother who was beat down by lawyers who didn't care about his interests and how John made it his life's mission to serve these unfortunate, damaged people (sarcasm intended). This is just another disgusting move from a billionaire designed to generate a mountain of potential cases from which he can pick and choose only the easy wins so he can pad his pocket. Otherwise one of his "on the phone" flunkies will decline your case, tell you they will refer you to one of their network attorneys, and NEVER call you back. Don't waste your time. Do a little research and find an attorney who specializes in the area of your concern and you'll be a lot better off.

Let’s rap this up

My case has been active almost three years and I can count on one hand the amount of communication I’ve had with my personal attorney. When her assistant reach back out after multiple calls and weeks of waiting, they don’t have any of the answers I need. I never get clarity on anything. I had a deposition in Oct 2026 and it’s almost April and now they talking about the person that drastically caused a 5 car accident because of recklessness has to be deposed. I feel like they should have started with him. I’m doing my best to show grace to my attorney but this is getting to the point where I may need to climb the chain and maybe I can get some traction

Does not pay your medical bills timely

Medical bills unpaid and sent to collections, case settled 8/24. Invoices remain unpaid to date and firm law clerks advise "I am working on it", to date.
5 law clerks over 3 years, never communicated these changes and of course invoices weren't paid as each one had to review and then "work on it"! Or so I was advised.

Very satisfied with Attorney Martin, but law clerks do not show the professionalism/consideration towards clients that should be expressed. They also act as though taking your call is an inconvenience.
Enough is Enough!

For the People My Ass

For the People My Ass! I submitted my case for evaluation through their website. They had someone call me who spoke broken English at best. I couldn't understand a word she was saying. On top of that, she asked me to tell her about my case, and then she remained silent the entire time. No probing questions or questions for clarification. She also got an attitude because I asked her to repeat a question she did ask me because I couldn't understand her. Within 2 minutes of her pecking away at the keyboard, she came back and said that the system said they couldn't take my case. These people are a joke and their intake process is comical. They need to have someone with an IQ higher than their age doing the intakes. Instead, if you don't meet the criteria of a computer program based on someone in a third world country that you can't understand who probably can't understand you either, then you're out of luck. Terrible law firm and terrible treatment of people in need of help.

Just wanted the name of a dentist they work with who can look at my teeth, I wasn't looking for a case!

I had Morgan and Morgan work with me on a car accident and everything was fine but today I called them just wanting to know if they can give me the name of a dentist who can look at work I got done and I think it's horrible, $7000 for two implants and I have been going through hell for two years, I didn't want them to make a case on it I just wanted to know if they had a dentist that would look at my mouth and see if I was screwed by my dentist, well she put me on hold for a while and then came back and said she couldn't help me and I said well I know you're not gonna help me because there's no way you're gonna make money off of this but you don't know one dentist that would help me do a free consultation??? no we can't help you! So I hung up on her!!! But they are so for the people and he actually expects you to read the eulogy he said for his brother but he can't give me the name of a dentist who can tell me if my $7000 implants were put in wrong, total bullshit

I was in an accident with Lyft on…

I was in an accident with Lyft on November 28, 2025. I called Morgan Morgan. They took my case they sent me to their orthopedic who wanted me to get metal plates put in my neck unnecessarily to drive up the value of the case, I refuse to do that and they drop me within a week later. i’ve been going to therapy with the chiropractor for the last three months losing time from work, etc. just for it all to come down to this. They do not care about cases that are not at least $1 million or more and they encourage people to get surgery all the time my niece went through the same exact thing actually, I wish I had known this before I hired them my caseworker very rarely communicated. Her name is Daniell.Feebles and not once did I ever speak with my actual attorney. Someone really needs to sue Morgan and Morgan for negligence they are not for the people at all not even one percent they don’t care. They only care about the bottom line for their corporation. My attorney whom I never spoke with his name is Anthony Cutron
I’m giving them a negative 10👎

This is the second review I'm writing…

This is the second review I'm writing for Morgan and Morgan. Maybe they'll pay attention this way. This is what the owner is doing for his brother's legacy? I looked at the other reviews and it states, "communication problems" and "ghosting." I'm an English teacher with five degrees including a master's, who has worked in almost every industry. I even gave compliments to all the people answering the phones and how empathetic they were. Most of the over 450 lawyers I've contacted have been rude or hung up on me because I'm a teacher with a crooked union who won't help. Can anyone help me? We have rights too. You have that right. I'm the one who has tried to be in contact with them and they don't get back to me when they say they're going to, but I signed some papers. I have yet to speak to a lawyer to see if they've even taken my case. I don't remember how many people I've spoken to and how many people, from which state, I've been transferred to. I got a call yesterday where I spoke to Dawn for so long and she reassured me they would help, she escalated the situation and stated someone would get back to me this morning. I don't have any calls and I think I first contacted them two weeks ago. Do not apologize to me again. Train your entire staff of attorneys!! Nobody else. They've gotten lazy and think they work at the best law firm. Why don't you have a professional release day and go over all your reviews from every site and teach them about the importance of customer service. Also, about what departments you have, how they are and are not able to help, give their names, which site they're at and their phones numbers. I've wasted more time trying to reach who I need to reach. Your firm was first on Google. Act like it. I just called again, got transferred, and it went to voicemail so I hung up.

Stay away at all cost

These people will absolutely take you for a RIDE. Know your stuff if you are going to use them. Especially in a SSDI case. They will 100% slow walk it knowing the longer they drag it out, the more money they get. Prime example, you have 60 days to file an appeal. They will wait 7 of the 8 weeks before they file it. Nothing more than a stall plan. They will give you every excuse in the book when you catch them and call them out on it. They absolutely don't like to get caught in what they are doing. Gonna do some research, potentially could be a class action here. And don't ask for a supervisor, that's another story on it's own. They are ABSOLUTELY NOT "for the people."

They're not for the people

They're not for the people. They're for their wallet and lack of actual work. I called them with pretty much a guaranteed win of a case, but because they don't want to go up againt a "name brand" hospital and do the leg work necessary, they refused my case. I know quite a few people that have had less happen with them, (and with a different, not so "known" hospital) that have won their cases. Plain and simple they're either afraid of big hospitals and don't want to do the running around.

Morgan and morgan won't take a dental…

Morgan and morgan won't take a dental malpractice case. There isint enough money in it for them. Even with evidence, and no consent form signed, i was pretty much told no money in it. So much for defending the little guy. A percentage of 20,000 wasnt enough.

Can I give a zero star ??
Worst experience of my life . Very unprofessional and unorganized. Lacked communication the whole time . Never heard from my lawyer nor once. They wasted my time saying I had a case for 5 months then dropped it without telling me . I am with a new lawyer now and won the case

I wish that I had seen the reviews…

I wish that I had seen the reviews before I contacted them. Initially, I was called and asked for the details of what happened in my slip-and-fall case. They accepted my case but it took 58 days to hear anything and they asked me again what happened, after l had already given them the details several times, they were supposed to be investigating and requesting the camera footage. I finally got a call which to me sounded like they are dropping the case. I tried emailing them for clarity, and now I can’t even receive a response. Now I'm sure it's too late to go to another attorney. The camera footage is probably destroyed by now. Never again with these guys, especially if it's a good case. I see they drop the ball and leave you hanging. Highly disappointed.

Update:Supposedly they referred my case out to another law firm, and I still haven't heard from anyone, I guess I'm out of luck because I'm sure they never got in touch with the business where I got injured so now it’s probably too late. I guess my case wasn't big enough for them.
