Just want to start by saying thank you for making my move so easy and stress free. Id highly recommend Morgan Jones property. Also a personal thank you to Rachel for always being on hand when i needed help or advice.

Throughout my tenancy, I maintained the property to an exceptionally high standard. I lived alone, kept the flat spotless, and left it in significantly better condition than when I moved in. Despite this, the end‑of‑tenancy inspection and deposit deductions were handled in a manner that I believe was unprofessional, inaccurate, and in breach of expected standards.
Don't let excitment of moving in take over you. Make sure you vidio take photos of everything from blinds close up to toilet seats. To cooker seals, please cover your back, they are cons that don't fix anything but charge you when leaving

Be very carefull with MORGAN JONES SWANSEA. My company rented an apartment in Salubrious Swansea. Morgan jones have done nothing but harrass us our guests / agent. So its a small 2 bed apartment and i know there is more to this they started issueing massive bills. So any residents renting here please check this. Our agent had 2 plumbers who confirmed no leaks in flat. Richard who works for them attended and said meter is continuous and the issue is outside flat. We have given notice as this company are appauling to deal with. Yesterday they sent another plumber who alledgedly said toilet leaking yer of course it is. Anyway monday morning contacting property omnibusman and ccs water to complain that this company are falsely trying to persue tenants for water bills. The place is dirty unkempt and massive leaks in ceiling so i personally think they are trying to recouperate money dont deal with this company. I know estate agents can get a bit of. Reputation, but not when it comes to Morgan Jones. Their houses are well maintained and if you ever have an issue they will deal with as quickly and as reasonably possible.

Morgan Jones have managed several of my properties over many years, consistently delivering a level of service that has exceeded expectations. Here we are 6 years later and I am wondering what I can say to better that review. No drama, no hassle, they just keep on producing the goods. The result is good happy tenants which means very very happy landlords. They are without a doubt the letting agency against which others should be measured. Terrific, well run, company!

On the website they say the have a 4.5 trust pilot review.This is obvious false as as of time of writing its 3.8. I was looking for a property management company however will certainly avoid. If they can lie about their reviews then they certain will lie and be dishonest in other aspects of business.

The team at Morgan Jones lettings have been very supportive & provided great guidance with my property. They communicate well & keep me updated. Their expertise in the letting sector over different departments from finance, maintenance to management has been second to none. They are up to date with all the changes in regulations and inform me of what the changes mean as a landlord.

We have been with Morgan Jones Property for coming up to one year and sadly, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are having to move property. We have been so impressed with the level of service given to us at every step of the way and the support shown in helping us find another suitable property. Regular calls/emails to keep us up to date and even staying late to ensure we are kept in the loop of any and all communication coming from the landlord. It really is with a heavy heart we have to leave the agency to head to our new home but we can’t recommend the team enough. Leah has been a pleasure to deal with and really has made the process so much easier for us during such a stressful time. Nothing is ever too much trouble and her support and guidance has been exemplary.
If you are looking for an agency that really cares about its tenants then look no further. Morgan Jones Property are the finest in the market!

Agreed to multiple viewings of a flat and each time nobody has turned up? I’ve had no explanation as to why they have not showed up despite having my contact details? Tried calling the office but could never get hold of anybody so I decide to go to the offices myself only to find out that the address they provide is incorrect and the building is shut down???

Avoid at all costs !!!

Rang several times about a rental property they had added to their website. Only to be greeted by a voicemail service asking for me to leave a message. Left 2 messages and an email via their website message centre. After a week of waiting I'm no longer interested in renting from these. Poor management of a business.
