Richard took on my application and interests for several properties. Which was over the Christmas and new year period. Constantly in contact throughout the process and felt he went above and beyond to make sure i got the property i needed.

Morgan Jones have been there with me every step of the way, guiding me through new legislation for landlords, ensuring all mandatory inspections are carried out promptly, reminding me of leasehold payments and carrying out repairs to my property using value for money contractors. Excellent service and always available to answer questions.

I have used these guys for 7 years now and they are brilliant. Reasonable fees and great communication. Sadly my tenant passed away last year and it was a difficult probate case as they had no family. The team were brilliant in resolving all this and I could not hVe done it without them as live far away from the property. Leighton in the maintenance department is also superb. Genuinely feel that my property is in safe hands.

Morgan Jones have managed 2 properties for us in Port Talbot for the last four years.
