Morgan sindall are my housing contractors but they are the most reckless rude lying company iv heard and seen im a tenant with grove village i have had so much problems with them there repairs are a fail there workers are always given wrong repair sheet and there manager's make promises and forget iv had my belongings ruined damaged hoovers clothes shoes iv had a bathroom refurbished in October last year and was told that the fitters had just one day to fit it since then iv had leaks damage to my tiles accusations that never was in but morgan sindall manager knew i was in out of hospital iv had a terrible leak belonging ruined and got a letter from the main woman sarah firth that its not there fault and had a good will gesture they will pay for my clothes towels matts to be washed omg they letter had shocked me the lies init and this i have dealt with her before because i had mice infestation in past but fell on deaf ears i will be contacting my local mp

Amazing new pvc door after having two very cold winter's with my previous thin wooden door my hallway always felt soooo cold anyway two Morgan sindle fellas fitted my new door today and they have done a five star million percent job it's going to make a big difference from feeling not cosy so thanks guy's o appreciate it very much both should get a bonus or just recognition for their hard work. Possibly the most incompetent bunch of tools that you will find. I am sure that they must have some excellent individual staff working there, but the general impression of their management, job allocation & processes is laughable. They have failed to attend\repair the same Westminster City Council problem on THREE CONSECUTIVE times. Even had the audacity to send the same individual again to repeat his videoing of the problem (for the 2nd time). After he had closed the call saying 'no further action necessary' after his first visit... & the worst part is the LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY from this bunch of charlatans. There needs to be an alternative to this!
& before you reply with the same copy & paste apology template [ So many complaints they actually have a template response] offering apologies & to get in contact with you. This should not be necessary as you already have the job description from WCC, as well as the written document & video that I have already sent to you seperately..

No stars but had to click one to write here. My 90yr old dad has issues with his shower but Morgan Sindall couldn't give an appointment until today (27th Feb I called) today is 28th March! They didn't turn up even though I was told this morning it would be between 12 & 5pm
Obviously the office is closed and only emergency calls are taken now, I called and they said the jobs still open but its almost 8pm now and still nobody's come. If I had the power Morgan Sindall would lose the council contract. I am so disgusted that my poor dad has to stand in a bowl to wash because they can't do their job!

Had an appointment today came over to fix a leaking tap I must say very amateurish job it’s slightly better than what it was the guy didn’t replace the spouts I would say it will most probably start dripping down again very soon

Shameful company, and shame on Walthamstow council for using them.
Left an older women who lives by herself to use buckets to wash in.
Drains are blocked not just the kitchen sink but the bathroom also.
The water that's stuck has created small black flies which are now quite a few of. Their excuse was that they couldnt get down the road to unblock the pipes due to one of the entrances to the road was blocked! No courtesy call nothing just didn't turn up. Had to ring the council who said they will be in touch to reschedule. This was a friday booked, waited the weekend for a monday no show. It's now Saturday morning 15th March 24.
Absolute joke of a company. This women who I'm writing on behalf of has to keep filling up a bucket and carry it to the toilet and empty! absolutely ashamed of Walthamstow council and Morgan Sindall. I hope the liar who stated they phoned this old women and who also stated that they couldnt get to the road is sacked! Name shamed also! How on earth has it got to the stage where this company is that brain dead and so incompetent they leave old women who live on there own with blocked sewage pipes to use a bucket to wash in and then have to pour it down a toilet. Atrocious!!!!

Now the 18th March 2024.
Still no phone call from Morgan Sidall, no phone call from walthamstow council. Of course blocked drains are still an issue. For some reason now the toilet is leaking from the base so when the toilet is flushed water appears. This is an emergency matter yet Morgan Sindall has not replied due to what we expect is this rubbish reason of a road being blocked off so no access to the road. It's so shameful! There is no road in this country that has loads of residents living on that can be shut off. How do people get to work, how would an emergency vehicle get to an emergency, HOW WOULD A PLUMBER GET TO AN EMERGENCY CALL OUT!

this company do not care about there customer had a new roof back in jan 2023 they left my garden in a mess ,had to call them back to clean it up.then in dec 2023 my partner went up in the loft as this is the only time we would have gone up there to get the Christmas deco down my loft insulation tossed aside and my deco the same no respect for my property so call them back to put it right .i had netting on my gutting to stop the peigons from nesting on part of it they didnt put that back twice i spoke to the foreman who was usless and just fobed me off ,they have now dont that .on fri 8/03/2024 i got a phone call to say they wanted to look at my down pipe when asked why they didnt know but was told someone would come and have a look at on mon 12/03/23 between 8am to 1pm it now 2pm no call and no show this is not acceptable and if you wnat to come in you will get a 1hour time slot from me and i want compenstion for wating my day off e4 6hs
Had a appointment today-no show AGAIN! Still waiting on same repair 2 years later missed a days work that I won’t be paid for and on hold for 45 minutes no answer so gave up ! Question do you actually have any employee? I’m so angry

I waited on work to be done for 3 months simple things like door handles etc. Screws were put in at a angle and left protruding from the handles. Door hinge had to be fixed, when he was finished I can no longer close the door. I called to complain, was told to email a complaint to the repairs. I did this 4 weeks ago and no one has called or replied to me. It seems morgan sindall has the same response to every review on here. They still haven't resolved this issue. The door handles are falling off now. Instead of me contacting you morgan sindall. Maybe it's better you contact me on 07821429060. Let's see how this works

Absolutely dismissal. Unreliable and when they do eventually arrive (if they have equipment to do the job) it's of shocking quality. If I could rate minus I would. Constantly cancelling appointments. Never complete a job and I'm still waiting four months on for a replacement window. I will be putting formal complaint in to welwyn/Hatfield Council. You provide no service

Sloppy work. They were instructed to install a fire door closer by our property management company. They drilled straight into the wood - ruining the door frame. The workmen are not properly trained.

This company was called out to investigate a leak and didn't follow instructions. It took them over a month to find a faulty boiler and when they came back to the property I was told it could blow up at any time. They leave properties in such a state that it wouldn't surprise me if their work (or lack of it) ended up killing someone. Everyone deserves a safe, secure home, free from damp, floods and moulds. It's criminal that these companies are left to 'look after' council properties- they're essentially robbing tax payers.

I got an "unsafe: do not use" label on my gas meter and they turned it off without my permission which is illegal. Now I cannot cook or shower for the forseeable future and I cannot even call the engineers to understand the problem and the next steps until Monday morning - 3 days from now. This is absolutely absurd and this company should go out of business.

My client is struggling with debt, so they have requested their payment history to help manage it. Despite the best efforts of the customer and their housing association, Morgan Sindall have ignored all requests.
