Terrible company to deal with, worse than any other organisation I have ever experienced and simple repairs never run as they should. I can't believe that my housing association still has a contract with them as me and other tenants have really seen a decline in the repair service over the last few years. Even simple repairs take several visits and they frequently don't show up for appointments. Wasted so much annual leave from work waiting for them to turn up to do jobs that take minutes. Very difficult to speak to on the phone and I often find the staff in their office to be lacking in customer service and sometimes quite rude.

I just left a very nasty review in error regarding Morgan Sindall services. We had a repair regarding a hot water tap. The emergency plumber came and raised the job. He turned off the hot water and told us he raised the job. WCC represantitives call centre were very rude to me. I had a heated series of exchanges with them. The job was supposed to be completed today (in 4 days) Today they told me that MS could not do the repair until a further 10 days and the job was scheduled for the 22nd. I called MS today directly. They have no record of any appointment and certianly none for today or the 22nd. Therefore I can only conclude the nasty mean unprofessional staff at WCC are responsible. I sincerely apologzie to Morgan Sindall. This is obviously a stunt by the vindictive call center people at WCC because they are snow flakes. I wonder now how many bad reviews against Morgan Sindall have been a result of petty vindictive behavior by these clowns. Please to anyone reading this don't make the same mistake I have. In anger I blamed Morgan Sindall for the nasty unprofessional behavior of people who should never be allowed access to the public via their jobs. HSG 400 4663 Morgan Sindall Reference. Their 'extensive FAQs' suggest calling at a time when they are less busy. My response is that they should provide a service worthy of the name. How did Westminster Council choose such a poor provider?

How many calls does it take to fix a fault? Been trying for a while. Leaking soil pipe as it enters the ground. So toilet water coming out onto my path. I find this unacceptable as its a health hazard. Surely it can't be too difficult to fix?

Worst company I've ever known, the foreman on our building knew absolutely nothing about property rules or any trade knowledge whatsoever. He was rude dismissive and quite possibly the dumbest person I've ever met, I've been an engineer for 30 years and he didn't understand the most basic principles of any trade. My ceiling is still left water damaged, they cut my WiFi and sky cables to the property and never came back to fix it. They're still dangling free in the communal ceiling 2 years later. Please please please don't ever hire these cowboys for anything, you will regret it. I wouldn't even give one star but that was the only option, I'd give them -10 because it's worse here now then before they did work here. The worst cowboys I've ever had work done by, then they packed up and ran away and left a trail of destruction. Please take heed.

Worst company ever, clearly people working there have no idea about customer service. Zero communication with residents, don’t show up to appointments yet no apology no calls nothing. This has been happening for years and they think they are getting away with it. Hammersmith & Fulham need to get rid of them.
Will use all the recorded calls they have and information I’ve taken to have legal action against them.

I’ve had 4 different appointments for the same thing , arranged around my day off then booking me in for appointments on different days then rescheduled today instead of their appointment yesterday with a days notice, today was 8-12am then at 9.30 got TOLD they were confirming my appointment that had got changed to 1pm unknown to me at that point, when I said it was a morning slot I got snapped back with “there’s a emergency at the hospital that’s why” so I’ve changed arrangements around again as my time off work is limited, have been home since late morning and now 5pm no show , this is not the first time over the years no show , this is why I can’t afford to take time off work , shambles

Not even worth 1 Star. The most infuriating people to deal with. Completely incompetent and rude.
They are subcontractors for Walthamstow Council (Why does the council pay these clowns?) and are responsible for repairing the council owned roof of my leasehold flat.
The roof has a massive hole in it that is coursing water through my ceiling every time it rains. It's been 70 days since I first reported the problem to them and they've done nothing so far. I have called them 16 times (waiting on hold for 30mins plus to speak to them) and they just fob you off and say "it's under control, maybe call back next week"). The people in their call centre have serious attitude problems and are repeatedly rude and patronising.
I've requested to talk to a supervisor three times and been given vague assurances that I'd get a call back later from a them. I've not had any communication so far.
I'm genuinely confused as to how they're in business with this level of consistently terrible service. I can only assume the council is unaware of just how incompetent they are.
I look forward to the generic, meaningless copy-and-pasted response from them below.

They came around to fix the toilet but completely bodged the job left the ball valve dripping and no overflow installed.Ended up in fixing there fix myself. Not recommended this company and can't see why Councils use them as all they do is bodge the job applying bodge upon bodge.

More contact with these cowboys Council flat leaking waste water into my flat but because we are private they are not interested in sorting this out. I have lost track how many people and sub contractors these have sent to "look" as this leak in the flat above. Every day we are having to clean up sewage water from the flat above and the smell is unbearable. We have an almost 2 year old in our flat but this seems to make no difference maybe these cowboys are waiting till the whole ceiling collapses or the whole flat floods with sewage so they can make more money. This is not a third world country but it sure feels like I'm living in one!!!!

On two consecutive occasions, this company cancelled my appointments on the day. I told my landlord that I refused to allow them a third appointment to which they agreed and another contractor was given the job.
My landlord booked Morgan Sindall again today for another repair, and yet again they cancelled on the day of the appointment.
Do yourself a favour and choose a reliable property service and don't touch this lot.

Morgan sindall flooded me out twice over the last 2 years, ruined my musical instruments with the flooding, ruined my carpets, I was in the dark for 2 months with the light removed from the bathroom, flooded out my living room, due to the utter incompetence of the Moron Sindal repair team in the flat above, made my life complete hell over 3 days the first time in july 2022, and then the same again in july 2023, their management team absolutely suck, also the email does not work, you waste time on the phone only to be hung up on, so I think its time to get organised and put a class action together and force the uk councils to terminate their contracts and give the contracts to companies that will do the jobs properly, Im sick to the back teeth of Morgan Sindall, I have lost work because of morgan sindall, they waste your time on the phone, then it hangs up, they just make appointments without consulting you, the company is run by morons, a 5 year old do a better job organising the teams to make the repairs, morgan sindall is unfit for purpose, these people have no moral compass and must be held accountable. So the best way forward now is we all mobilise and put a class action together and force the uk gov and councils to teminate the contracts and give the contracts to companies that will do the job.

The managers who handle bookings, the surveyor and supervisor are completely incompetent!!
So after moron sindal's administration made an appointment for me without contacting me to she dual a suitable date and time for their staff to do the job and booked 4 hours when it was an all day job and needed 2 people, but due to the incompetent mis management at Moron Sindal and the utter incompetence of the surveyor supervisor and manager, yet again they wasted my time and did not carry out the work they where scheduled to do, totally wasted my whole morning and cost me more time and disruption of my life, Moron Sindal, are un fit for purpose. it has been 8 months since the 2nd flood, these people are utterly stupid and incompetent and un fit for purpose.
Any way if any one want to team up with this class action I am putting together against Moron Sindal as they are a total bunch of morons!!

I have all of the job numbers dates etc which I will be using as evidence, I have read all of the horror stories and reviews from other people who have been treated like complete rubbish!!
