I bought an LED face mask from morning…

I bought an LED face mask from morning save which I saw advertised on TV. I was very excited to try it and really liked the way it felt. Unfortunately after about my fifth use the metal piece that you plug the charging cord into on the mask itself fell out and I was unable to charge the mask. I contacted the manufacturer and sent pictures to show them what happened. I was in touch with Caitlin who is providing with a new mask..no charge

Quick response

We ordered a covered pan from MorningSave. When the order arrived the lid was dented and would not fit properly. Contacted MorningSave and within 24 hours Caitlin got back to us and we were given a full refund. We appreciated the fast response and Caitlin was great.

I received a damaged item and emailed customer service. Jessica responded to my email the same day, and my refund was processed the next day. Very satisfactory!
