I had an issue with the flashlights that I ordered. I didn’t quite understand it first I wasn’t sure whether they said that I didn’t have to return them. So I sent another email asking them to please explain it to me. Carlin got back to me in a very timely manner and let me know that I did not have to return the product. I have gotten my questions answered by Caitlin in the past in a very timely manner, and she has always been very explanatory and has solved all my problems. I believe that Carlin is an asset to the morning life family. Thank you so much Patricia Puckett.

Jessica helped me with a canceled order. What was great is that every time i sent a message she responded shortly answering my questions. If it were any other company there would be no response or even days before they would come back. My issue was handled quickly.

There was a mistake made in the product that was shipped, after I notified Morming Save of the issue I heard from Jazmine . She requested a picture of the item received . I sent picture, new order was placed by Jazmine . I didn't have to jump through hoops to have the correction made to.my order.

I submitted an email because a set of candles that I ordered were slightly damaged on the top. The plastic the candles were encased in was busted. I was looking for any possible cosmetic ideas to camouflage the damaged spots Jessica responded that unfortunately the candles couldn't be replaced and offered a refund, which was a nice surprise. Jessica was very timely and responsive to my email.
