Quality products and excellent customer support!

I order from this site fairly often - sometimes monthly or at least every couple of months. Items are top quality and are shipped out quickly.
Only once did I have an issue with an actual item, which I notified them of as soon as I realized it, and after I did all the possible troubleshooting to ensure that the issue was not something that I could resolve. Jessica responded promptly. Her tone was professional and friendly, and she was very helpful in resolving my issue above and beyond my expectations. This is my go-to site for seeking quality product deals, and one that I recommend to other people.

Unhappy with a product

I messaged Caitlin about the issue I was having with something I bought on MorningSave. I was very unhappy and displeased with the product and she was able to help me regarding this issue within a couple days. I will now be back to buying stuff on Morning Save because of her.

I bought 3 coffe mugs that Don’t work…

I bought 3 coffe mugs that Don’t work for Christmas gifts. Thankfully I tried them before I gave them as gifts. I have tried many many times to see how to return them. I only heard how to try something to make them work. It didn’t work and now I have not heard anything. Even though I have sent many many emails. I’m a Great Grandma on limited income and had to buy 3 more gifts to cover these crap junk mugs! Made it hard for me that month to cover even my groceries! But still no response. I would tell everyone never to buy anything from Morningsave.

I ordered a power bank from MorningSave…

I ordered a power bank from MorningSave and used it one time then it quit working. I contacted MorningSave and received a quick response from Samantha. My issue was resolved and I am very pleased. I have nothing but good reviews for MorningSave (they make things right 100%)!

I received the wrong item and contacted MorningSave to let them know. I received a response under 24 hours later and within minutes they resolved the problem. They're sending out the correct item and the incorrect item is to be donated or given away. So easy to work with! Excellent experience!

Great responsive company. Courteous and super prompt.

I received a damaged floor cleaner, and I wanted to send it back but almost dreaded the long waits and being passed from person to person with probably no results. NOT SO WITH MORNINGSAVE. Quick answer on the phone, I sent a couple of photos and in a day they had a replacement in shipping. This is a great company to do business with. I certainly will buy again.

I ordered the Saffron earrings shown on…

I ordered the Saffron earrings shown on Jennifer Hudson. I ordered 3pr because that was max being this was a "super sale price" of $20 a pair. Earrings were supposed delivered to a mailbox in Detroit Michigan and I live in Toledo Ohio. The tracking number was also bogus. Morningsave has no direct phone number and the merchant is somewhere on Texas 😡. Yes it was that vague and mumbled message. I have disputed the charge
