May 26 2021 i did spend over than 3000 dollars in a 33 parts order to 4X4morris center.....
still have not receive NOTHING!!!!! Zero,Nada
Amanda chestnut does feel to answer to my messages anymore....they have all my money since May and they dont want to cancel my order an refund my transfer money?!?! what the hell is this company?!?

Just did a complete suspension overhaul and ordered multiple items from Morris 4X4. Fast shipping everything was exactly what I ordered and fit like it should. Will definitely order from here again.

Waited months for correct leaf springs only to have them say they couldn't supply them, then it took another month for them to send call tags for the 1st set, we never got a full refund for the items purchased and we feel that we should not have to pay for return shipping. Mari Jimena was our contact but we also talked to Ron and John.

I was looking for some fairly obscure parts for my modified CJ7. The Morris 4x4 Center website gave me all the information that I needed with sizes and diagrams so that I was confident I was ordering the right bits. The website was easy to use and delivery charges reasonable allowing for shipment to the United Kingdom. The consignment arrived quickly without any difficulties with importation taxes.

They had the best price on a replacement Crown 88" serpentine belt for my 4.0. I had it in about 4 days, fit great and got me back up and running

These people are very deceitful in there practice I ordered jeep fenders over a week ago no confirmation notice of shipping no expected day invoice or anything. So today I chatted to cancel or and they say 5 days that’s 15 days plus I don’t have my money or product!!! Disgusting stay away from these people and btw it was a 300 plus dollar order not chump change !

STAY AWAY! I ordered a Jeep top from them on April 9, 2021 that the website said was in stock. I received an order confirmation stating it would ship on May 2nd or 3rd, 2021. By mid June I had heard nothing, called and they told me they couldn't get ahold of the manufacturer and would email me when they heard back. I never received an email with status updated, but received an email asking me to review the top that I never received. So I left a bad review because I never received the top and never received a response to my update inquiry. Then I started receiving emails every month saying the top would ship the following month. August 24, 2021, I received an email stating it would ship on October 1, 2021.

I ordered the top directly from the manufacturer on August 25, 2021, and received it on August 27, 2021. I regret wasting 5 months (where they had over $1000 of my money the entire time) waiting for Morris 4x4!!!!!

We had only the plastic windows and since our Jeep is 17 years old, it was really not safe using them. When we bought these windows they were an absolute game changer! Much less noises and for sure a safer look at the rear view mirrors. I don’t know if they will be super dry when it rains because I could see they don’t close up too good, but that doesn’t really matter. It’s a Jeep! Get a little wet inside won’t hurt at all.
Also it’s much better opening these sliding windows than zip down the plastic ones. Much better!
I would definitely recommend them!

This was the best upgrade I have done on my 09 3500 dodge it took all the slop out of my steering.
Morris 4x4 is the best company I've dealt with in a long time and the knowledge is fantastic. Thank you and your staff so much for the help I needed

This place is SHADY AS HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband bought a Warn Hyperlink from them. It was supposed to be Gunmetal in color, but apparently whoever was painting the day that they were made was high or something because it is BLUE. Warn does not make any parts BLUE. So my husband contacts Morris 4X4 and they ask for pics, which he sends in. Then they acknowledge the problem and agree that it is definitely the wrong color, but then want us to wait until they hear from the manufacturer. We are like WT#??? Who operates like that? Just send us the correct part and return shipping label, which is what ant other company would do, BUT NOT MORRIS 4X4!!! Kyle in customer service has been giving us the same ole BS for almost 5 days now. I would advise anyone to stay as far away from this FLEA MARKET as possible!!!!!

It made me give them 1 star or it would not allow me to post this.

REPLY TO YOU RESPONSE----- I DONT KNOW WHO YOU ARE TRYING TO FOOL WITH THIS CONTACT CS BULLS$^$. I HAVE TONS OF EMAIL RESPONSES SAYING QUITE THE CONTRARY!!!!!!!!!! SEND ME THE CORRECT PART AND I WILL THEN SEND YOUR KNOCK OFF PART BACK!!!!!!!!!!

This kit is fantastic! Way stronger and simpler than stock. Huge Heim joints. Large diameter tube. Good powder coating. Straightforward install. You need to drill bigger holes in the knuckles, and then it just bolts in place. Far less flex than stock parts. New jeeps actually use this design. Eliminated front end vibration in my jeep. And it seems
Bomb proof.

High quality top that I’ve come to expect from Bestop. Received item faster than expected and installation was fairly simple. This is the second top I’ve purchased from Morris for my 2000 Jeep Wrangler.

I purchased the bed Rug for my Jeep TJ and love it. It was easy to install and the quality is good.

I ordered a part online, it was shipped within a day. Then the item was lost by FedEx. I called customer service to explain what had happened, and they shipped a replacement that day. It was a very good experience overall.

My experience with this company was beyond frustrating. I ordered a Roof Top Tent on 6/24/2021. Money was taken that day out of my account. When I ordered I was told it was in stock and would ship the next day. Well on 6/25 I got an email saying now that it would ship on 7/21. On 7/16 I received and email that said it would ship on 8/10. Today which is 8/5, I received an email saying that it would ship on 9/24. How long can you continue to lie to people? I decided to chat with one of the techs, Jestine B was my agent. I asked these same questions. When I finally asked what could be done to make up for such a debacle......."Jestine B. has left the chat." This is the caliber of customer service that you get from this place. I will never order from them again or Body Armor for that matter which was the product I was trying to order. Just be honest with people. I could have ordered a different tent which would have cost more but I could have received in a week. I know because my friend did just that. Meanwhile this place held on to my money for a month and a half and offered nothing to compensate me for my troubles. When I finally got in touch with someone to cancel the order they basically just said "Oh well, nothing I can do about it other than give you your money back." I'm sure the vast majority of transactions go very smoothly for this company. It is not about how you respond to easy that makes you a good company. It is how you deal with hiccups and shortfall. They did not handle it well at all.

Needed a few things for my truck and ended up getting some floor liners recently from Morris. Mike was great to work with and ended up getting me a killer deal. Will definitely be coming back.

I have been buying from morris 4x4 jeep parts they will mislead you - in stock ready to ship -this was not true (lie) , I ordered a part saying that , took over 3 weeks for it to ship from Sawant ga. To Vidalia ga. 120 miles away and over 2 weeks, only if company's would be truthful everything would be OK but they will mislead or lie to get your business , soon sad !!!!!!!
