Not genuine company, claiming to be closing down, using another company name Clark and Cooper, same website pictures Ai looking and items for sale. Both claiming to be closing down. Feel it’s a scam selling poor quality products. Will be avoiding.
Poor quality. Cheap material .No label no washing instruction and looked as though it was made to order rather than closing down stock which may explain the 2 weeks it took to arrive. Avoid them.
I bought a dress which looks nothing like the advertised picture. It’s inferior in every way and I feel massively overcharged.
The ‘support team’ refuses to refund me even though they have acknowledged the dress is different to advertised. As a ‘goodwill gesture’ they have offered me a 30% refund which I haven’t yet received.
Do not buy from this company as they are dishonest and breach consumer rights.
