Good quality product.
I like the product.It seems like good quality.It would be nice to have a written instruction on how to install product on my motor. Poor Customer Service
I ordered an ignition conversion kit for a UMS 735 radial engine from Mr James. The kit took nearly 10 weeks to arrive - apparently sent twice because the first kit went missing in the post. However, when received, the kit contained no installation or any other instructions. After installation using whatever I could glean from the internet, I found that the ignition system did not seem to work and, despite many e-mails back to Mr James for assistance (most of which were ignored), I still have no installation and set up documentation and the ignition system is still not working. He now does not respond to my requests, leaving me with no option but to make a formal complaint to the appropriate UK authority. My advice is to be very wary of dealing with Mr James. He has many good reviews. It seems that, if everything goes well, his product is well received; however, if there are issues, he does not seem to want to know you. Take this risk into account if you purchase from Mr James.

I have asked you so many times to return the kit. If you’re not happy with it, don’t try to be powerful
I think you have problem that you need to work out what it is, the first package got missing last November. I resend another package. I have sent you several emails for your to confirm you received the package or not with no respond. That was our first issue I was trying to get it rectified
The next response I got is the complaint about you, not getting the engine to run, I have asked you if the engine running before you buy the conversion, I’ve got no respond. The conversion kit is not a cure if you had a bad running Engine before
You already leave the feedback about the same issue how many feedback you want to leave about the same problem I have been corresponding with you on emails. Your motive is to hurt me as much so now you want to file a complaint about what I have asked you to return, the kit and your ignore my email
