Great work from Steve as usual. Sorted me the best deal in the current market and kept me informed in all aspects of the process.

Steve and The Mortgage Studio helped us recently with some extra borrowing. Steve always takes real time to understand what a customer needs and come up with intelligent, viable options, always undertaken politely and, above all, honestly and with complete clarity. For us, he made a slightly more complex situation as smooth as possible, keeping in touch and providing my husband and I with a solution that literally has had a positive effect on our wellbeing! We've used Steve twice now for securing our mortgage. Both times there have been complexities - houses falling through needing new offers for new place, frustrating credit issues the second time - and in both cases Steve has been a lifeline. With the stress of everything in buying, having a broker is money well spent. In our recent remortgage with credit issues for the first time, he took on our challenges and additional work required (whilst unwell I might add!) to secure us something just before rates further skyrocketed due to market conditions, and his knowledge helped us not damage my credit rating further in the process. Had I been doing it myself that may have been a risk. I'm sold on having a mortgage broker and I highly recommend Steve for his responsiveness, knowledge and commitment.

Steve is brilliant. He's friendly and very, very good at what he does! He is generous with his time and supports throughout the entire process. Steve at The Mortgage Studio was excellent and very professional.
He is highly knowledgeable when it comes to mortgages, which you'd think would make him an insufferable bore, but oddly thats not the case.
As a customer it's great to know that someone sacrifices their own sanity by working in such a banal field, so you don't have to.

Great communication throughout the entire process, and Steve was really good at chasing the lumbering conveyancers who seem to need daily prodding to get them to actually convey anything.
