Seb and the team turned a nightmare scenario on its head. Having been left high and dry by our initial mortgage advisor following months of empty promises, myself and my young family were left facing the horrifying possibility of moving into temporary accommodation. Not only did we find Seb to be professional and honest in his work, but also thoroughly realistic with what we could achieve. I found the team at Mortgage Experts Online to be just that; EXPERTS in what they do. It was reassuring to know that we could depend wholeheartedly on someone who happened to be merely a phone call away throughout the whole experience. This person dealt with the situation in a friendly, courteous and very patient manner which was exactly what myself and my family needed. We exchanged a few days ago and will be moving into our forever home over the weekend. I will have no hesitation in returning to Seb and his team in the future, or in recommending their services to friends and family.
