We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Mortgage Focus, specifically with Andrew and Joanne.
They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Super friendly, incredibly professional, and just made everything feel so much easier than we expected. Mortgages feel overwhelming, but they explained everything in a really clear, straightforward way and were always happy to answer questions.
What really stood out was how much they went above and beyond. They didn’t just arrange the mortgage and disappear, they were there throughout the whole process, checking in, guiding us, and stepping in whenever things got stressful or confusing. It felt like they had our backs the entire time.
They also made a point of saying they’ll stay in touch and proactively reach out before our fixed deal ends to help us find the next one, which is such a reassuring touch and not something we were expecting at all.
Without exaggeration, they were the single best part of the whole process. We’d recommend Andrew, Joanne, and Mortgage Focus to absolutely anyone.

(A bit late with this feedback since we've now been in our first house for over 2 months) As first time buyers who have been in the country for less than 4 years, we were as clueless as it gets about the whole process. We contacted Mortgage Focus based solely on a random google search and were put in contact with Grant. I cannot emphasise enough on what an amazing experience we've had! Grant would reply to my emails within 5 minutes or an hour max usually 😅 as first time buyers it is such a reassurance to have someone be there all the time to reply to the (often) anxiety filled emails! He walked us through our options with patience and helped us secure the best deal. I'd give them a 11/10 if I could.

Best mortgage brokers on the market
What can I say? Honestly, Jimmy and Joanne have been just wonderful. I know it’s frowned upon to shop around for mortgage brokers, but I did before committing to going with them and I’m so glad I chose them.
From the onset they were able to get me a deal no one else could, finding a lender that could loan 6x salary with only a 10% deposit. But beyond that they are just lovely people. Jimmy and Joanne both spent inordinate amounts of time answering my million questions with patience and kindness. I actually looked forward to talking with them.
I would use them again in a heartbeat, highly recommend.
