Very responsive, very respectful, very fast!!!

MortgageLine helped me with getting a mortgage to purchase my first property. My mortgage advisor - Jan Pawel was fantastic, very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He ensured that the process was as smooth and as hassle-free as possible. The Completions Team was also very helpful, regularily followed up with me and assisted in closing the mortgage application without any delay. I highly recommend the services provided by MortgageLine!

Absolutely excellent from start to finish, Mihaela was always there for us.

Jan and his colleagues at MortgageLine are exceptional at what they do. From the start of the mortgage application process, their online portal makes it extremely straightforward to submit and approve the necessary documents. Jan was a superb guide throughout the whole process and I would recommend him to anybody who is thinking about getting a mortgage and jumping on the property ladder.

I had the best experience dealing with mortgage line. Ronan was the most helpful and made the whole process very smooth - from initial meeting till the closing date.

Amazing company and helped me from start to finish! Kevin was my advisor and he literally held my hand through the whole process.

I have been a client of mortgageline for the past couple of years since I was going buying a house to starting a self build
The staff are very friendly and respond quickly to any questions
I was able to get AIP quickly for all mortgages
The only negative thing I can say is that the self build mortgage took around 6 months to reach the loan offer stage and I am still unsure where the source of the delay is… Apart from the is hiccup I got the highest mortgage possible as a single person and was given mostly good advice throughout

It felt like we were never going to get there and without a doubt, moving house has been one of the hardest challenges we have faced as a family. Mihaela and the wider MortgageLine team have been incredible from the very start and have made sure everything was in place on time to get us over the line. We dealt with Michael Ivory and were extremely dissatisfied with the service received from Mortgage Line.
Admittedly, our first time buyers case was not straight forward, but we were not assisted at all by mortgage line, and Michael was unable to progress our mortgage application. My fiancé and I are both in highly paid jobs, we had the deposit saved plus excess, negotiated a fantastic price on a property and secured the HTB scheme.
We paid the few hundred euro fee and did not receive the service from Mortgage Line we expected.
We found and used another more experienced broker and secured mortgage approval in a matter of 6 weeks. We have been in our first home now for nearly a year.
I would not recommend mortgage line.

I used Mortgageline for a Switch From Pepper. Mortgageline line where outstanding and Fantastic support Guiding me though the process of switching to a Prime lender it wasn't an easy process but they kept me in the loop All the time plus Stephen and his Team was great any questions I had wasn't an issue at all he'd great patience.
