We couldn't fault Lauren and Phoebe on their assistance on getting us moved up the property ladder. We had two properties to sell, in the aim to move into our first home as a couple therefore it provided a slightly more complicated process of porting mortgages and ensuring that we had the best deal during a time where rates where consistently changing - and the team at Mortgage Seekers made the process a lot less stressful and pretty easy to navigate. Where to start, Lauren is an absolute machine at her job!

She helped us achieve our goal 5 years ago with our first home and we were clueless as we didn’t know what we were doing but she assisted us at every stage and even gave us advice on home reports etc.
Then she helped us achieve our big dream last year with purchasing a brand new family home which we did not think was possible but Lauren showed us we could do it and she made sure that we got our mortgage rate that was agreed back in March 2022 as she advised us to keep pushing and putting pressure on the house builder so we wouldn’t lose out on a great rate!

Honestly this woman is like our very own fairy godmother making all our dreams come true when we didn’t believe in them.
