Your website is so hard to use

Your website is so hard to use, it keeps saying my password is wrong even though it’s not, I cannot find my tickets anywhere and the whole website is hard to navigate, I am extremely angry and I will not be using this again

The event was not as advertised

The event was not as advertised. There were no magic tricks, trick or treating or other fun activities described. It was $10 for face painting! And $10 for each ride. There were lots of disappointed kids.

I bought three tickets for my daughters…

I bought three tickets for my daughters and me to have a special night out, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. We arrived at the venue right at 7:00 PM, excited to see the main act. However, after two and a half hours of watching opening acts, the headliner still hadn’t come out and there was no communication.
Since it was a Thursday night and we had to work the next day, we couldn’t stay any longer and had to leave at 9:45 PM without ever seeing the main performance.
I contacted Moshtix about what happened, but they offered no help or resolution at all. For the amount we paid and the anticipation we had, this was really disheartening.

If you have any queries or any problems contact their customer service, they quick easy and sufficient

When I bought tickets to the Braack fest event coming up
I made a mistake with my email address put something in wrong so when I enquired about my tickets I purchased online and how come I haven’t received my email. I contacted them and sent to my proper email address and they corrected the problem and sent my tickets to me.
So I was happy with the experience they helped me out with their customer service. It was quick easy and responsive.
