Fantastic service provided by Moss Off. They came to quote and survey, and explained the process. Upon booking, they arrived promptly on the agreed date and time, and got straight to work. Key areas were protected to avoid roof debris falling into gravel, and the front and back of the house was left clear and cleaned off. I would definitely recommend- and now have :)

What made my experience with Moss Off so great was that they come across as very down to earth. I saw their ad, they came round and explained the process and gave me a quote. When they arrived to clean my roofing I wasn’t expecting the outcome of the work they had carried out. It looked like I’d had a new roofing fitted. They also cleaned my windows and cleared up all the dirt and debris taken down from cleaning the roofing. It’s absolutely amazing what they’ve done. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are first class and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Harvey came to price up and was so professional in his advice on what’s needed - not over selling one bit. When they came to do the work, they were extremely thorough, tidy and worked super hard to get the job done. I cannot fault their work in any way and we are so pleased with the result. 5 stars all the way.

Two lads done really good job on our roof, on that hot day they pushed up to limit to get job done and final result is visible from ground and from sky . At the end they cleared all around so surroundings was nice and tidy , probably better than before. Big thank you for good job and see you next year for moss-off roof treatment.

We recently hired Moss Off to install the bird net fence on our solar panels as the pigeons been messing the solar panels. Harvey and team cleaned up our roof, removed the moss, cleaned up the gutters and windows. Now, our roof looks so clean and all the debris and moss that had build up has been carefully removed without causing any damage and we are truly grateful for the brilliant service. We are pretty sure that the gutters are now flowing freely. They also cleaned our windows and our house is now clean from the roof and surroundings. We really appreciate the great job you did for us

Communication

Harvey has excellent Communication skills throughout the whole process from getting the quotation to the final agreement. They explained what needed to be done of which they provided us with a fair and reasonable quote. Thank you. The job was completed within the specified time. They even cleaned up after themselves of which we do really appreciated.

Fantastic service - I recently hired moss-off to clean my roof, gutters, and windows.
The roof looks great — all debris and moss were carefully removed without causing any damage. The gutters are now flowing freely, and they even flushed them out to ensure there were no hidden blockages. As for the windows, they’re spotless inside and out. It’s amazing how much brighter the house feels now!

Communication was excellent throughout the process. They explained what needed to be done, provided a fair quote, and completed the job on time. They also cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciated.

From start to finish an excellent experience!
I called 3 roof cleaning companies before Moss-off and they all sounded like they were just guessing.. Moss-Off on the other hand explained exactly what needed doing and how they were going to do it. (& beat all the other quotes by far!)

The arrived on time, and got to work straight away. They absolutely smashed the work out (in 28 degrees weather! ☀️) they cleaned everything as they went and even sprayed & wiped down my gutters, windows and CCTV cameras!

I can not recommend Harvey and Matt enough. really nice, polite and well spoken guys I wish them every success in their business!

Arrived at time promised, did a thorough job in removing all the moss etc off the roof of the house & garage, keep the area around the house tidy while working & washed down & cleaned up the house exterior & paths once completed.
Very happy with the standard of work.
