Ghosted by Liam and not happy with the job
We hired British Roof Cleaning to clean our house roof and treat to remove the lichen. All was going OK, and we were reassured that the treatment would take a day or so to work to get rid of the remaining lichen. Unfortunately, though most of the job was done well, the front low roof was poorly cleaned and remained covered with lichen. I contacted Liam, who answered at first and then ghosted me thereafter, with no resolution or explanation. Very poor customer service and the low roof still looks uncleaned. Would not recommend.

What a bunch of crooks
What a bunch of crooks!lee came to clean my roof while cleaning smashed my skylight glass. Liam kept promising that they'll get it sorted asked me for part payment so I did and then Liam has just been blanking my messages. Dont use them! Absolute horrendous customer service and left us with a broken skylight!

Brilliant result and great service
I bought my place about 6 months ago knowing I'd have to tackle a very mossy roof at some point. I was actually considering doing it myself (after watching a few YouTube videos) because it's only a bungalow. But thankfully I deicided to get a quote from BRC and thank goodness I did. The guys were so thorough and professional. It would have taken me so long I would have had to book time off work and honestly it would have been totally miserable. And that's assuming I didn't fall off and break my neck, or fall through the roof!
I can highly recommend BRC. Just get a quote and then think how long and painful it would be to try to do it yourself!

Professional diligent job well done
From start to finished a very professional job. Liam is the main contact he explained everything about a review of the roof to see if a pressure wash or soft wash is ideal and the full process including chemical application and a 3 year warranty after the initial clean. Very impressed with the cleaning done on the roof by Lee, the guttering cleaned and all diligently clean and tidy after as well as taking care to ensure nothing goes over to the neighbours side

British Roof Cleaning impressed me with how easy it was to contact and arrange an appointment online. The guys arrived to do the work on time and were great. They worked so hard in the hot summer sun and Lee, the lead technician, was clearly very experienced in this type of work; he explained what he was doing and why. The result...a great job. I no longer have moss on my patio. My gutters don't clog up with roof debris and my roof looks much, much better. I should have had this work done years ago! So, if you have moss and lichen on our roof, if your gutters are filling with roof debris, or if you just want your roof to look better, I can highly recommend British Rood Cleaning to sort out the problem, and at a reasonable price.
