Really good,the men that did it were friendly and worked so hard,it was really hot as well.

Very pleased with outcome of roof clean.
Lee and his buddy worked hard & put in a good shift and also cleaned up to a good standard afterwards. Communication with Liam British roof cleaning was good would recommend 👍🏼

A very good service from this company. The guys who did the work were punctual, extremely hard working and thorough. They did have to return the following Saturday to finish off as the office had underestimated the work involved, but this was not a problem. They have transformed a very neglected roof into one which looks like new. Would thoroughly recommend.

We were very happy with the service from British Roof Cleaning. The guys have done a fantastic job and the roof looks like new.
Correspondence with Liam was easy and quick from start to finish. Lee and Brandon worked very hard through varying weather conditions leaving the premises clean and tidy each day.

I contacted this company as 'the majority' of the reviews were positive. I'ts a shame I am one of the unlucky one's. Liam, the contract Manager ( not sure that's a suitable title tbh ) was very polite and helpful and eager to keep in touch prior to the work being carried out. Unfortunately, he wasn't so eager to speak to me once I had paid the bill. Two very nice guys turned up and did a very good job cleaning my roof and cleaned up all the mess thoroughly. But I noticed the next day, that the pressure washing had blown mortar out of numerous ridge tiles. I contacted Liam, who stated he would send someone round to sort it the following weekend.....nobody showed up and he then declined to answer my emails and text message. I sent a further email two weeks later stating.........

Hi Liam

I am assuming your lack of response to my emails and text message suggests that you are not sending someone to repair my ridge tile pointing as promised? Just checking, prior to writing my review?

I then received an email from Kathrine? Not sure who she is but she basically tried to cover for Liam's incompetence and gave me a mobile number for Peter, who kindly phoned me back and said he would sort the work that weekend......but didn't show up. I messaged Peter again a week later asking when he would be able to come round?...no reply? I emailed Liam AND Kathrine ( on the same email by the looks of it ) and two days later no reply? I'm a very reasonable and patient person, but I've given up. The after sales service is atrocious. If you have no complaints then you're lucky. If you do, then don't bother contacting them. You will be wasting your time. I really can't understand why companies can't follow up with good aftersales service?... Because just a few really bad reviews can do much more damage than 50 good ones? Martyn. Sheffield.

......not really much of an explanation is it? Try and defend yourself all you like. But you still haven't replied to my email.... and Peter, who was supposed to repair the damage, didn't turn up or reply to me? I paid my invoice one hour after completion? Your reply is just an excuse and nothing else. You haven't addressed any of the issues I mentioned. Kind regards. Martyn

The two man team arrived promptly, worked hard all day to complete the work very tidily. They stayed on site until late in the day to make sure they had completed all the work really well. I would recommend them to anyone with a seriously mossy roof - it will look new when they have finished!

Very disappointed with this company.
They failed to turn up to clean my roof on three occasions, I was very flexible with them because one of the failed appointments was due to the weather which I totally understand, Liam who takes the bookings customer service levels have been the worst I have ever come across ,not only did they not turn up for the 2nd & 3rd appointments they did not even let me know they were not coming. When I chased the failed appointments up with Liam he did not answer his phone and eventually sent a text which was total LIES. For a company that goes into such detail about their customer service on their website I am very appalled the way they have treat me. When your customers call you the polite thing is to call them back not ignore them, very immature business owner that does not think about its customers. I have put on hold my workman that were coming to fit my conservatory until the roof was cleaned and Liam knew this but doesn't care.
Please stay well clear of this company, you may be one of the lucky ones that their appointment are met but its any ones guess with this company.

Great service! Very response and clear with costs and timescales upfront. Guys who carried out the work did a great job and cleared up after themselves. Definitely recommend.

Highltly recomended. From start to finish Lee and Brandon were superb.
Cleaned up,rinsed down and did everything as requested.

The 2 guys arrived on time and worked really hard through the day to ensure the roof was cleaned and treated.

All mess etc was cleaned up and the windows were cleaned like new!

Would highly recommend.

Utterly disappointed... arranged a date to do my roof... a week before that date they asked to rearrange due to falling behind which we happily agreed.. got to my date and no show... waited all day for them.. after an email with no reply and 2 voice mails on their answer phone as no one answers I'm of the illusion that they are not bothering... wouldnt recommend.. will go elsewhere now.. shocking way to treat customers.. If they would have phoned to say they cannot make it I would have understood..

Workers very professional, kept me informed all the way through and cleaned up well when complete. Very impressed.

I am happy with the workmanship but can only give 4 stars because I was left with so many heavy bags of moss which came off the roof, I was of the understanding that this would all be all cleared and removed from the premises. Other than that, the work is good.

Excellent job by the two guys, they arrived at the time promised 8am and worked through until complete at 5pm, during the afternoon the weather was less than favourable. There was no clearing up for me to do, well done, more than pleased with the result 👏
