Both workmen did an excellent job thoroughly cleaning the roof and cleaning/repairing the guttering in what was quite terrible weather.
I was pleased with how well they cleaned round the house when the job was finished, taking all the collected moss etc away with them. Would recommend and will use again as needed.

Roof and Gutters Cleaned
Roof and Gutters Cleaned, Excellent.
So on Thursday 17th Dec20, I had a roof and gutter cleaning from the guys at the British Roof Cleaning Ltd.
They were fairly on time for an early start. They did the job excellently from the cleaning and the tidying up.
The price was reasonable considering the amount of moss and algae on the roof.
I will definitely use them again in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. Workman were punctilious in removing moss from the roof and returned on a Sunday to finish the job by applying anti-moss treatment. I am very pleased with then result which was achieved at a competitive price.

End result is good, processes bad
While the end result is good and the roof is clean, I was not happy with the people smoking on my property whilst working and less happy about them filling my garden waste bin with the stuff that came off the roof as the binmen will not empty it, so I have been left with a bin full of waste to deal with

Hi Dawn. Thanks for the feedback. We do now offer an optional waste removal service to all our customers. As for the smoking on the property, everyone is now aware that any smoking must be in the van and not on site, including outdoor spaces like driveways.

I have never seen 2 men work so hard…
I have never seen 2 men work so hard for 2 full days in such appalling conditions. The result of their work is amazing. One of my neighbours actually asked me if I had my roof painted!
The clean up afterwards was also completed to a high standard.

So pleased with the service I received from BRC. From my initial enquiry to work being carried out I was kept in the loop the whole time by Liam.No high pressure sales and very accommodating to date etc.Everything explained clearly.Very fair,reasonable price too.Lee and Brandon worked so hard over the 2 days that it took.A little scary at first to see all the mess but was assured that it would all be gone when finished.True to their word they left my premises and you would never know they had been apart from my super moss free roof looking like new. I have recommended them to 3 more people so I hope they employ BRC,they will not be disappointed. Thanks BRC it’s a pleasure to employ workers who carry out work with care and to a high standard.👌👍

Excellent service all round
Lee and Brandon the team who completed the work were excellent. The job took a full day from 8.30am until 7pm. There was a lot of mess from the moss that came off the roof and they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. The communication with Liam at the company office was excellent answering any questions I had. All this at a very competitive price. Highly recommend.
