Service level is below the standard and unacceptable. We have been complaining about a missing cover to the large bin for general waste in the back yard of the building. Eight months passed and nothing has been done. At one stage we complained formally to the council because they stopped collecting the rubbish due to the un covered bin but they said it's Moss&Co who should replace it.
There are no lights in the car park at the back yard, and the stairs lights are not working. When we complained an electrician came round, made one light at the entrance always on day and night. And did nothing about the rest of the problem.
We don't know why Moss doesn't deliver the good service expected although they charge very high service charge rate and tenants are always paying?
