Excellent customer service from day one, I sold my property to down size and was kept fully informed and supported throughout my personal experience , I would highly recommend , the build and interior was excellent, after service was not a problem any snagging issues was dealt with straight away . Yes i would definitely recommend. One happy customer.

We purchased our first home with Albemarle and we can not fault them.
We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. Not only was it the quality of their homes what drawn us to them in the first place but it was also how friendly the whole team were.
We was kept informed throughout the whole process by Alisha and Charlotte and we was able to view our home through different stages of it being built.
We moved into the house and the aftercare we received from Demi & Mick have been amazing nothing has ever been too much trouble for either of them.

The flexible arrangement we were given for payment of deposit, It gave us ample time to put our finances in order. We also got constant communication from the Sales staff. We also enjoyed the opportunity to have some specifications to our taste. The Sales Team was hospitable, supportive and patient with us all the way. Their warmth and professionalism is superb. Lastly, the house is magnificent and the aesthetics breathtaking. Thank you for the exceptional service.

Albemarle Homes have a standard set above any other housebuilder I know. The finish of our property was great and for a 4 bed detached home, we had minimal snags which were sorted in a timely manner to suit us too. The whole sales process was great and Alisha and Charlotte supported us with a cross country move and took the stress away. The company is not a big corporate and has a real family feel too which we loved and would highly recommend. They went above and beyond to ensure we were able to move in before the stamp duty changes. 5* all round

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my first home through Albemarle. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional and far exceeded my expectations. Do not buy a home from Albermale Homes
Service is appalling, homes built to an exceptionally low standard after care is almost none existent
constantly being “fobbed off”. safety concerns, particularly with the electrical my breakers keep tripping when I put oven on so I have no oven. I was told I was overloading the circuit by having my kettle and oven on at the same time.
Took them that long to Decide to look at the situation I am now out of warranty for CDA to look at unless I pay the call out fee
CDA appliances are shocking if I had know they was installing CDA I would have asked for something different.
Most of my stuff on my snagging list not being dealt with.
Bought I new house so I hopefully be ok for a few years and won’t have to worry about paying out for new fridges/cookers/boilers etc.
can’t keep my house warm cause of drafts
windows installed by a bang average company Roundabout and again if I had known this I would have thought twice.
I’m now looking at going to the NHBC.

Me and my wife bought our property on Westmoor Grange 2 years ago. Service is appalling, homes built to an exceptionally low standard with most not functional, after care is almost none existent (read Reddit). This is well known with the residents and evidence is available across social media in all the community estate groups with videos and photos to see (mainly structural issues, flooding, electrical concerns and inner workings just “fall off”). Residents have also stuck there issues to their windows due to constantly being “fobbed off”. Some concerns (to which I have also experienced) are considered negligence/safety concerns, particularly with the electrical, structural and flooding issues to say they claim to be a “family run development company” it’s exceptionally contradictory to the reality, they don’t care.
They delete real reviews but you can find some on Reddit/facebook. Alongside several other residents from Westmoor Grange we are taking legal action. Please avoid - they just want your money and to sell you a “sold as seen dream” when it’s actually a nightmare.

A genuine amazing company, the best home buy experience that I ever had.
