From start to finish the guys were excellent, Steven and Thomas were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and listened to what i wanted. They arrived on time, done the work and tidied up behind them leaving no mess. I have the bathroom that i wanted, with a high standard of finish and at a very reasonable price.

Excellent service fitting our new shower room. They came exactly when they said they would and were very professional. The workmen were happy to answer any questions we had and explained what they were doing along the way. They were also very tidy and had a high level of attention to detail. We wanted to add on an extra item that was not part of our original request and this was no problem for them to sort and was done within a few days. Definitely recommend.

Excellent job carried out by Steven and his mate replacing our central heating boiler. Done in less than a day with no mess and everything explained about the new system. I would highly recommend Moss Plumbing and Heating, in fact I will be using them to do annual serving too.

Moss Plumbing were recommended to us by a friend who recently had some work done to their heating system. We had problems with our heating system at Christmas time last (2020) - Steven came out straight away on Hogmanay and gave us advice in terms of what to do next (discuss options with boiler manufacturer etc to understand if the boiler could be repaired first). Once we knew we needed a new boiler, Steven ordered a new one for us and fitted on the bank Holiday. Excellent service, competitive pricing, turned up on time (and electrician) and checked our full system.
We have also recently used Moss Plumbing to do other work within the house. Again fixed ghe problem on the same day that we contacted them. Brilliant. Would highly recommend.

I've used Moss Plumbing & heating several times, to install a boiler, replace radiators and radiator valves and for general fixes. always communicate well, produce good results at reasonable prices and leave everything clean (and dry) when they finish

After various trips to bathroom showrooms and constant Pinterest browsing, we finally had a picture in mind of what we hoped our finished bathroom would look like. The next stage was to look for the correct company to make these thoughts a reality.
I had followed Moss Plumbing on Facebook for a few years and I was always impressed with the standard and various styles of bathrooms that they featured on their posts. This coupled with a strong recommendation from a colleague who had 3 bathrooms plus a boiler replacement carried out by Moss meant we asked them to supply us with a quote. When Steven came over he was very attentive when he listened to our ideas and appreciated we knew exactly what we wanted, but didn’t hesitate to point out one or two things of which he felt would look better or be more practical in our original plans.
Not long after receiving our quote we decided to book with Steven.
We purchased all the materials with a few minor exceptions and Steven was always on hand to answer any queries we had prior to ordering any items.
All trades are supplied under the one contractor and Steven manages this well and each day was a slick process. He uses top local trades people and this is apparent in the end result which possibly exceeded our original expectation as we are delighted with our now stunning bathroom.
Thanks again to Moss Plumbing - we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.

Excellent service from day one, Stevie who came to carry out the repairs was friendly and explained everything that was going to happen in detail.
Work was carried out quickly and professionally and the finish to the job was above excellent.

Got a new boiler fitted a month ago. The boiler was fitted in a day and the plumber and electrician were tidy and the work was done well. The old boiler was taken away and the room where the work was done was cleaned up as well.
There was a small leak after a few days but Stephen came round as soon as it was reported and everything was sorted very quickly with no fuss.
Prices were very competitive and would use Moss plumbing again without any hesitation.
