frozen account

This app is totally a fraudulent app. My account was frozen last month without any issue and breach of community guideline from myself. Then in order to go through the verification process which is the policy of mostbet to restore access to frozen account, I provided them all the required documents and details. I acknowledge this verifying process of mostbet but from last couple of days whenever i provide them my original Id card pic placed next to birth certificate (B-form in Pak) in single pic, they are just giving me a copy paste message that to send again. I have deposited money on Mostbet India multiple times without making any mistake. The payment goes through from my side. The bank confirms it. Everything is clear. Yet the amount does not get credited to my gaming account.
This is not a one-time technical glitch. It has happened repeatedly.
There is no valid explanation for the delay. Customer service keeps giving the same scripted reply: “financial team is working hard.” That sentence has become a shield to avoid real accountability. If the financial team is working so hard, why can’t they resolve a simple deposit issue in a reasonable time?
Deposit is the foundation of any casino platform. Without deposit, there is no game, no thrill, no excitement. Ironically, Mostbet has good games and real excitement. It could easily be one of the best platforms. But what is the use of thrill when your money is stuck in limbo for 2–3 days after every issue?

It has high deposit failure and their customer care says ask your bank for chargeback and our bank says money already credited to merchant so I lost INR 2500 thanks god it was not some big amount ... Mostbet doesnt let me withdraw my funds…

Mostbet doesnt let me withdraw my funds for over a week, i have supplied them with all the required verification documents and information but they are delaying the process on purpose and keep asking for extra information. I guess their postponing tactic has worked because over a week i have lost a part of the funds I had on the account because i couldnt withdraw them. My ID is 269673008. Happy to change the review after you resolve the matter and compensate my losses. Contact with departament responsible for verification is terrible and delayed on purpose if you have money on the account. They tell you messages are treated first come first serve but if you dont push them they make you wait forever, i’ve had friends sending them mails after me and receiving replies much faster than me.

Edit: they did indeed verify my account but only after there were no funds anymore to withdraw, before that support was avoiding replies and making me wait 'some more'.

'First come first serve' aproach they strongly go by is just a way to say 'we won;t help you quickly if you won'. Unreasonable questions to delay support are their motto.

This betting site is about to scam me of my hard earned money! Im been so pale after receiving der mail. Im still in shock and my mental health is affected.
I created an account with mostbet last year december. I played about 3 popular matches, and then i received a mail that my account is temporary suspended that i should mail the security team with my IF card thats verification is a standard procedure. I left it, cause by then I traveled(mind you i could still login into my account). Fast forward to last week i got back to state and i started the verification process immediately.
