I am a very old customer of Mostbet. But currently Mostbet's deposit and withdrawal system has become so annoying that it is not really desirable, there is no point in cheating in the name of such a licensed bet. I made a withdrawal once and the withdrawal was successful after 19 hours, then I made a withdrawal again and it was rejected after 19 hours. When I talked to customer support, they said that I will have to withdraw using the same deposit method. I made a withdrawal again and it was rejected after 17-18. What is the reason for approving the withdrawal and rejecting it again after 17 hours without giving the reason for the rejection? When I talked to support, they repeatedly said that the withdrawal process is effective for 24 to 72 hours. It takes so long when the withdrawal medium is in a maintenance process. Still, withdrawing money from betting sites in Bangladesh is very fast. Now the point is that if I have to wait for 18-19 hours to withdraw, it is Mostbet's fault. Even then, I bet the last money there in anger. I talked to the support about why the withdrawal rejection is coming, they checked and said it takes 24-72 hours. I express my hatred towards Mostbet. Currently, the betting site has many updates, but Mostbet remains in that annoying service. I have serial proof of how I have suffered even though it is not my own fault or mistake, not once or twice, not just many times, not every time. And in Mostbet, the bonuses cannot be wagered without the main money. You can bet directly with the loss bonus on a betting site like 1x. But in Mostbet, no bonus can be wagered without the main money. Mostbet needs to change.

I would like to warn everyone about the Mostbet betting office. It is a fraudulent casino. I opened an account in October 2025, deposited 10,000 CZK on sports betting, where I managed to win 100,000 CZK automatically when withdrawing money, Mostbet froze the account. I waited for the account to open for more than 60 days. Every day they wrote the same thing. They sent all the documents, passport, credit cards, account statements. Twice a Skype video to verify that I am the owner of the account and the belt. No one ever showed up at the agreed time. After writing several times, after 90 days they opened the account again, but they couldn't make withdrawals. They wrote that I should deposit from another bank and again the deposit was successful, but the withdrawals were blocked. So if you win, you will never see your money.

FINAL UPDATE: Support agent Elxan explicitly stated that despite visual evidence and their own rules, the 'loss' status will not change. Even worse, they had the audacity to ask me to delete my complaints before fixing the issue.
​They are intentionally ignoring beIN Sports video footage and Opta stats. This is not a technical error; it is a deliberate theft of winnings. I have now submitted all chat transcripts to Curacao eGaming as evidence of bad faith and rule manipulation. Stay away from Mostbet if you value your money!

Never named a responsible agent

Stopped meaningful communication

Claiming a payment was sent without providing verifiable transaction details (UTR/Reference number matching my withdrawal) is not a resolution.

What is happening here is very clear:
Mostbet responds publicly on Trustpilot to look cooperative, but does nothing privately to actually solve the problem.

Holding 150,000 PKR for over 6 months without proof or resolution is unacceptable.

⚠️ Until my money is returned or real payment proof is provided, I will continue updating my feedback and warning other users.

I am still demanding:

A genuine re-investigation

Valid, verifiable payment proof

OR immediate refund of my 150,000 PKR

Proceed with extreme caution.

Then on the part of blocking people's account on the claim of security purposes is outrageous, I made an account and 14 days later it was blocked with my money still inside on the grounds of security purposes, this needs to be stopped , some other people report getting their accounts totally blocked with unrecoverable funds , it is very bad, their customer care is very poor with some others reporting being unable to get in contact with them for their zoom meeting to get their accounts reopened.
