Used this company a few times now and been impressed with the personal service and quality of goods.

Fabulous customer service from this company. They genuinely care about your custom and went above and beyond after royal mail lost my order. The collagen cream and essential oil purchased were great quality and I have lovely smooth skin now. I can't recommend Mother Nature's Goodies enough.

I've tried many oils from Amazon and none compared to the lavender oil I purchased from here. You can really tell the difference. It really relaxed me while I slept. Thank you

Saw the previous review and can only say i have found exactly the opposite, as it appears do most people on here. I just had my regular repeat order of lavender plu ssome new May Chang an it was perfect, even though it was placed between xmas and the new year, when many are closed.
Perfect. Keep it up.

I placed an order on 8th December for items to make Christmas gifts. I received part of the order a week later but have never received the rest of the order. I have been a regular customer for a long time without any problems but not anymore. They claim to respond to messages within 24 hours but to date I have sent 4 emails and left 3 voice messages without any response. I am now giving up on this order but I will never use this company again. I would just like to know WHY they have not responded and what happened to my order.

Being a first time buyer I paid for 2 items they sent a bigger size, I was willing to return it back but they said I could keep that as well as sending my items I ordered. They have been so helpful and very kind also very prompt in replying back to messages. Thank you so much and definitely recommend this company.

Ordered Jojoba Oil but received Neem Oil. The mistake was quickly rectified. Very impressive response to my email.

I was given the luxury body butter with pink grapefruit and may Chang essential oils as a present. Gorgeous aroma and lovely on the skin. Also the mango and passion lip balm, a must for dry lips and winter weather! I’ve also used the solid block shampoo which left my hair clean and silky. Such a good range of products sold from lovely premises with a fantastic knowledge of all the products from the owner. Always willing to help and advise, fab products.

What a great place. I’m nit usually to be found in this type of shop, but I couldn’t resist the wonderful aroma coming from the store. Good products, good prices and so much made locally. What’s not to like.

Arrived in less than 24 hrs!! The eucalyptus oil has a sweet backnote that stops it being overpowering and the orange is to die for. Best oils I’ve come across and excellent customer service along with very good prices. I,m going to order from them from now on as reliable good quality oils and service are hard to come by. I was searching for natural products to use in my home made hair and cosmetics. I wanted some essential oils in larger than usual 10 ml quantities.

Mother nature offered a wide range of natural essential oils in 50 ml bottles with buy 3 get one free and all good prices!!

So blessed I purchased a bunch. Delivery was quick.

There was one small leakage in transit that was replaced without any issue.

Great customer service added to my favorate companies and will shop again.
