I particulary like fantastic customer service from Sam. I mistakenly ordered the wrong format and emailed to tell them so. Sam was excellent and sorted it for me. Sam deserves 5 stars.

Brilliant company! I wanted several audio books that was no longer available on Audible, not allowing me to complete the series I was half way through. I emailed them as I hadn't had my order and they responded immediately with the download link and said the original email may have gone to my junk, which upon checking, it had. Will use again 100%

They take money but do not provide a link to download the books.

This website is a scam! It might have been legit in the past but not anymore! They will take your money and not give you any audiobooks! DO NOT BUY

I have been with MotionAudioBooks for over 5 years. I like the CD format because I do not know how to download. I have gotten some CDs that the chapters were out of order. I have spent over a thousand dollars on audio books in CD format. This year, it has been a royal mess. they say they will look for other titles, and they even gave me a list. i have sent in orders after orders, and have not gotten the price or the product I asked for. This last time, they charged me 36.99 in shipping. First of all, it is media mail, and second WTH. i put in the code for the buy 2 get one free, and that was the price for the one that should have been free. i asked them if they were getting rid of the CD format, and they said no.

Ordered through shopify. Was told via email id recieve the link in mere hours its been 3-4 days no link no response via email provided on shopify. Check their main website for alternate contact info, there was none not even the email address provided on their shopify page

The first product, a collection of listenable books by one author, when I got it, works flawlessly. There was an issue about being double-charged but this was resolved after much discussion with the *payment-service*. The resolution was hampered by *not being able to reset the account password* -- if only I had paid more attention in record keeping...
To make a second purchase I used a different email address and password -- with good password record keeping -- but I never saw a link for downloading -- not after being informed by the payment service that the funds had been sent, not after using a different web-browser, not after sending emails to the direct email address of MotionAudioBooks, not after sending 'feedback' via the 'payment service', not after getting whole bunch of special offers and package deals -- by email -- from MotionAudioBooks. So they know what MY email address is. But they never sent the download-link...
Then the 'payment service' seemed to take no action and I lost the "complaint" after it timed-out...
I no longer do business with EITHER company. Maybe they are lax or incompetent, or just inconsistent. Maybe they are not on the up-and-up.
Today is looking for alternatives...

If your looking for a good selection of audiobooks and a safe place to purchase them, LOOK NO FURTHER. I was looking for The Pendergast Series from Lincoln Child and Douglas Preston. Not only did they have it but it was also a GREAT PRICE. Downloads were also easy to do. Had never purchased from them before and it proved to be a very safe website to work with.

Ordered the Dragon Riders of PERN series as a DVD. After checkout, the only thing I received was an email to "download". I would have been satisfied if the MP3 files just downloaded and I could store them where I please and listen on different devices.
Unfortunately, the link took me to the Google drive where the files were shared with me. When I tried to download them, only a handful of the files can actually be downloaded. Not a single complete book transfers when downloading.
It's been a couple weeks and I have now talked back and forth with customer service via email a few times. I thought it might be my side at first because I don't use cloud storage due to security reasons. As I continue to waste time on this, it is becoming obvious that the problem is how the permissions are set up in the sharing. I sent screenshots of my download results, but haven't been told that they will send the DVD or fix the permissions so I can download all the files.
Pretty disappointed.

Order marked as "fulfilled" on the website, but never received the order or any shipping information, just an email confirming the order #11244.
Website tracking link doesn't work. 2 Contact us links but the only on that works is titled "digital shipping", no response despite multiple attempts. Gmail email address does not respond. No phone numbers listed, anywhere. Took my money and fell of the face of the earth. Do business elsewhere.

Several years ago I purchased the Alexander Kent series. There was nothing wrong with the product. My problem was figuring out the best way to get the downloaded books into a convenient Apple listening format. So as to avoid that difficulty I didn’t buy any again.
Recently I underwent surgery and needed a few series to see me through the rehab time. My order was for some reason delayed. I emailed customer support without much hope. Surprisingly I received a prompt response and Eduardo sent me the books in digital download form promptly when I told him I needed them before surgery. A few of the books were corrupted. (I got “Bound” and “Book Player” apps, either one cured my compatibility problem,) Eduardo then made sure I got the disc sets. I’m still rehabbing and I prefer series. I’ve placed another order. I’m not sold on the promptness of their filling of the orders but Eduardo so far has always come through. In this day and age good internet customer service is as rare as hen’s teeth so I’m sticking for the time being. If I have any problems I’ll update. Also the most economical way to purchase audiobooks I can’t get on Libby or Hoopla.

Purchased all the chronicles of Thomas Covenant audiobooks on MP3 disc, I could not find these anywhere else as I live in the UK, I was dubious at first as they seemed to good to be true...
but my discs arrived in a timely fashion, they are fantastic and play perfectly, I am so pleased with my purchase...thank you so much.

Motionaudiobooks is the best! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Eduardo and he could not be more accommodating. The audiobooks are fantastic! I wish I had discovered them when I was in my 70’s..I’m in my 90’s now and I could have saved a ton of money. Thank you Motionaudiobooks and Eduardo!!

I bought the Travis McGee series read by Darrin McGavin. These have been out of print in audio for years.
Motion did everything they said they would. Prompt delivery, well labeled discs. The audio quality is quite satisfactory.

{This will be my actual review of Motionaudiobooks} I have been dealing with Motionaudiobooks for over four years, and have bought literally hundreds of audiobooks from them. There have been instances where a particular track on a specific book was either compromised or didn’t play properly: in every case, customer support got back to me withn 24 hours, and sent me a download link to rectify the problem. Their customer service staff is accessible, responsive, and very helpful in rectifying any problems.
When comparing prices for individual audiobooks with the series Motionaudiobooks provides, there is no doubt that they’re undoubtedly the best deal on the internet.
SO: have I experienced problems with a few of the hundreds of books I’ve bought from them? Certainly. And they have corrected every error, replaced every non-playing track, and done so without complaint; in a word, and in contrast to the fraudulent review that was originally postedd {without my knowledge or permission}, I recommend Motionaudiobooks without reservation or hesitation. These are fine, honorable people who I am delighted to continue doing business with, and recommend giving them a try...

Incredibly quick, thoughtful & honest. When there was an issue with shipping to my location, they immediately created a download link for my items & refunded more than the original shipping costs!

Could not recommend more highly!
