Bought it for my mum who has problems with sleep. She said it help her get better sleep overnight. It’s a little expensive though.

I would buy again because it is the ONLY product on the market with simple recognisable ingredients. It doesn't mix as well with water as other products but it's fine in smoothies or food.

Through a combination of menopause and work-related stress I have been unable to sleep more than 5 hours or so for several years, and often waking up and being unable to go back to sleep. I have taken Unplug for four weeks now, and am sleeping much better, only waking once or twice a night and drifting straight back off. Seven to eight hours sleep and no drowsiness in the morning, and obviously I have much more energy in the daytime now as I get a better night's rest! A very good product, I cannot recommend it enough.

Motion definitely helps me sleep. I wasn't sure it was having much effect until I ran out of my first month's tablets and noticed my sleep get worse over the following week or so. It's a little bit expensive though.

Placed an order a week ago now. No update on the status, emailed 3 times to customer support and no response. I would’t write a bad review straight away but this company have had 3 strikes now. When companies can offer same day delivery and respond to customer queries within a few minutes, this company are just very poor or don’t care

Bought a month's supply of Unplug and am happy with my sleeping now but realise that my overactive bladder is another problem which disturbs my sleep every night. May re order Unplug once bladder sorted.🙂

I've suffered a sleep disorder for years and have used all kinds of methods to get to sleep even self medicating with alcohol and sedatives. I would also take melatonin too. Each time I'd never stay asleep for long, I'd wake up after a short period of sleep. I'd usually get 4 hrs of broken sleep tops.

I'm on my second bottle of these and understood that these have a building effect over a number of weeks so after 6 weeks or so I can honestly say it really has worked for me. Not only am I falling asleep faster but I'm staying asleep too for around 7 to 8 hrs. I never thought I'd sleep well again so I couldn't be happier, it's worth every penny to me!

It's worth adding that I also take 2 high quality Ashwagandha capsules at the same time as these, Ashwagandha really suits me at bedtime and although these do have Ashwagandha in, I benefit from adding more. It just works for me and in combination with these it's given me calm, long beautiful deep sleep...

Took ages to receive parcel as DHL didn’t deliver to service point, I tried contacting DHL as obviously the issue was with them however I didnt get a reply so sent two emails to motion nutrition asking for refund and to cancel and got no reply to either email. Very poor customer service - no option to cancel online. Clever tactic.

Sorry to say but this product did nothing to help my sleeping at all. Money wasted but hey people it may work for you and I tried it

Great product, really helps drifting off to sleep.

I ordered the three pack – Unplug, Balance and Power Up. Now I'm in a good routine of taking them, I can't imagine stopping. I used to feel really low in the mornings and struggle to get out of bed, now those emotions don't even cross my mind. I'm enjoying going to the gym again. I'm much more focused and energised throughout the day – I don't experience brain fog like I used to. I'm sleeping deeper and waking up more refreshed. It's a virtuous cycle. The best investment I could make.

I was really excited to get this collagen but I assumed flavourless meant tasteless, but this makes my coffee taste like pond water! I don't think I can get through the whole packet - makes me gag every time! Also it didn't arrive when it was meant to, but I did get a very polite email back from customer services when I followed up. Enjoying my free sample of unplug - extra star for that!
