UnPlug and PowerUp —I’m just getting over Covid and these are keeping me human!
I’m sleeping better since taking UnPlug and my energy levels and brain fog are improving.

It's another Internet shopping experience. You order it, they deliver it. I've literally just received the product so can't possibly review that until at least another month of use.

I love Motion nutrition's supplements. I use Unplug every evening and have such a great night's sleep, apart from when my son wakes me up...

Fast careful delivery and excellent ingredients, I have yet to see if it will help me with insomnia. In fairness nothing has up to present with all I have tried, though I have an open mind.

I am a trainee psychotherapist; what I am about to say is my true experience of this product.

After the first two nights I woke up feeling way, way more groggy than ever before. Something did not seem right. After two more days of feeling awful, and despite being a recovering addict with a usually very high tolerance of drugs in general, I reduced to one pill per night.

This made no difference. I was now a week in and hadn't had one single night of refreshing sleep, which I could understand whilst the course took effect...but I felt so, so much worse.

The 8th morning I woke up and I was so low. I went to the supermarket and burst into tears in an aisle. I cried at the checkout. I cried in the car on the way home. And I don't say this lightly at all and you will have to read between the lines... but something happened on my drive home, thoughts entered my mind, action begun to take place, which absolutely terrified me.

I spent the rest of the day locked in my room in tears, working with an online helpline to get me through the day.

I don't post this as malicious. But I have suffered from clinical depression in the past and I am now in my fourth year of a Master's degree training in the field of mental health so I do know my onions. Whatever is in these tablets messed with my sleep to the point I was at the lowest I've ever been.

If Motion are reading this, I did not post this our of spite, I'm posting because months after the incident you emailled me to ask for a review. I'm sure your product works for some, I'm sure it does.

But I would never, ever take one of these tablets again.

Excellent product, packaging and service 10/10

What I like about their products is what is not so evident. For one thing glass jars and being eco friendly. Every ingredient is specified separately and knowing their company for a number of years this means they source their ingredients ethically with absolute quality assurance. . You can be assured that there are no hidden ingredients. I have food intolerances so I need to know what is in the product. Power up gets me ready for the day unplug for a peaceful night. Balance for my emotional sleep. BCAA’s because I average 20 hours of exercise ever week.

I am very impressed with unplug. I am a very bad sleeper due to working various shifts in hospitals for 30 odd yrs.Getting off to sleep was a real problem. Saw the advert for unplug and thought lets give it a try. It has a cumulative effect. The longer you take it the better it is. I now get off to sleep within 20 min and now get about 5hrs which is wonderful. I have only been taking it for a month and its truly wonderful. Thank you so much

I’ve been using unplug and power up for a while now and can definitely feel the effects.
Sleep has always evaded me but unplug enables me to relax. Even if I wake up, instead of getting annoyed and stressing at being awake I can go back to sleep more easily than before.
Customer service here is fantastic. I accidentally over ordered a while ago without realising and instead of just billing me, they phoned me to check it was right. Of course it wasn’t and my money was refunded immediately.
I now have a three monthly subscription.

OK i usally never do a review, but i been on sleep stack for 2 years now, excellent product, deep sleep and good price. what more can you ask for?
And no this is not fake review, product is that good.

Genuinely great products. Power up has been truly life changing. I used to really struggle with brain fog and massive afternoon energy slumps despite having a pretty good diet and training schedule. After 3 weeks of taking power up my energy levels evened out, nice and alert all day. Unplug definitely helps with deeper, more restful sleep. Both total winners, can’t imagine life without them now! Excellent product I couldn’t be without it now, my sleep has Improved so much and I’ve had some nights where I’ve not taken it and I can tell the difference! I also don’t wake feeling groggy either! I’m keen to try there other products now I highly recommend motion nutrition!
