Customer service has improved shorter wait times and Martin was great to deal with

I was missing a few components from a plane I ordered and upon contacting Motion I was sent the components quickly and at no charge..

Martin has always been very knowledgeable about the aircraft sold by Motion. He has solved several problems over time but this was special since the plane was new and not functioning properly. He found the issue with me and ordered the correct part with instructions on how to install the new piece of e equipment. He was thorough and timely

The score applies to the Help Center process. My initial damage claim using the Help Center on line tool worked well, however, subsequent email communications addressed to support@motionrc services were not received requiring multiple transmissions of the same data. I wasn't sure if it was a file size issue, or if it went to a que. In the absence of information my only action to help resolve the issue was to send more emails with lower resolution photos for your review.

What I like about Motion RC is that you provide quality products and services.

Ozzy and Martin were very pleasant and helpful during my recent service chat. They quickly resolved my issue by sending a new linkage kit.

I recently purchased a new motor for one of my EDF jets. When I received the motor and installed it, something seemed off. So I contacted motion RC support for assistance. I spoke with Ozzy and we were able to go over a few things that could be wrong. After there wasn’t a solution, Ozzy was quick to issue me a RMA and shipping label. To make it even better he was able to get accounting to expedite in store credit once things were sufficient. Ozzy made the entire process a walk in the park, something I was not expecting coming into it. Ozzy and his team knocked it out of the park and this is why I continue to come back to MRC for all of my hobby needs.

Had an issue (not their fault) but item was replaced straight away.

I recently purchased an item from Motion RC. It was missing both the instructions and the decal sheet. I contacted them and they immediately looked into it. They contacted me in a timely manner and let me know when the replacements would be available and when they shipped. I was very pleased with that level of customer service. Thank you!
