MotionRC takes full ownership over their products. Ran into a tank track issue, reached out to tech support. Within minutes, we were on video chat, identified the issue, and took care of me. We are new to RC tanks, and will be buying again from here.

I purchased the Rotorscale 470 AirWolf and was having issues with the charger and battery not working properly. Ozzy was able to diagnose the problem and immediately sent the replacement parts.

The matter was resolved quickly and with little hassle. If I could offer one bit of advice, at the time of submitting the ticket, it would have been nice to receive an email confirming it was received. That would have made the experience 5/5 stars.

Martin was very helpful. He didn't ask for pictures or proof of purchase or show any reluctance like some of your competitors would have. The replacement method was way over the top. and it was shipped literally a couple of hours after our conversation. Motion RC's support is the best.

Swift response from customer service

Ozzy and the customer service team are great. They understand the products and take the time to explain things simply. Obviously passionate about RC, they want others to enjoy it too.

Motion RC is amazing. Their response to a technical support and or warranty issue is handled very quicky, usually within one day. Ozzy was the one who responded to my inquiry and solved it very quickly. He has tremendous technical knowledge, especially when it comes to their technical products. It is a pleasure to purchase products from Motion.

I received what appeared to be a defective copter, after they sent a new battery free, it was still not working, they sent me a whole new box. Customer Service was quick to respond and make everything right.

I contacted them looking for a very specific radio controlled item. They were very sorry they didn't have it, but they in turn sent me an email with links to follow to find exactly what I want.

Merchant sold defective batteries and would not refund them willingly so I have raised a claim through Visa. They hid behind policies that are illegal in the UK. instead of rectifying the issue immediately, they asked me to buy additional equipment to evidence the fault despite irrefutable video evidence being provided. Suspicious and unreasonable merchant with illegal policies.

They are super to deal with. I had ordered a Fokker DVII that came with one wing damage and they sent me a replacement asap. Thankyou guys

Communication is great and they took care of a warranty issue that wasn’t even there responsibility.

Outstanding customer service from Motion RC. I emailed in with questions about a RC helicopter that I purchased that had some technical issues. Not only was the response time very quick, they went ahead and submitted a request for a warranty replacement without even asking me. It was approved immediately, and honestly not having to do back-and-forth through email and explain my situation was extremely helpful. I really appreciate motion RC’s dedication to having a good customer success team.

My order came in missing a part, I emailed customer service and they promptly shipped me the part no questions asked. Very happy with my purchase and will be buying from them again.

Some of the items i showed were missing are still missing from my order. Derek was nice and understood my problem but it still wasn’t 100% resolved. either way i got the main parts i was after i just don’t think you guys should be putting photos on the website and then send me half of it.
