WOW! The product (dash display for BMW F10) was PERFECT for my vehicle. My car is 10 years old, and I feel like I can keep it for another 10 years. The service and assistance to properly install my unit was A1, SUPERB! My questions, concerns were promptly answered. The team even called me to address my issues. This is the BEST SERVICE that I have received from ANY company that I bought an online product. If you want to upgrade your displays and other auto electronics, THESE ARE THE GUYS YOU NEED!!! EXCELLENT!!!!!!

I purchased the OEM-style front and rear dash cams from Motivesupplies for my Lamborghini Huracán EVO and I couldn’t be happier. The cameras blend in seamlessly with the car’s interior, looking like original factory equipment rather than aftermarket add-ons.

The front camera records in sharp 4K and the rear camera delivers clear Full HD - perfect for capturing every detail. What I really appreciate is that the design avoids overheating issues since the rear cam isn’t mounted directly on the rear glass. Installation was straightforward and I was able to power both units safely through the cigarette lighter without affecting the car’s electrical system.

Overall, the build quality, performance and OEM-style finish exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find dash cams that not only work so well but also look this good in a supercar. Highly recommended for anyone who values quality, reliability and a clean factory look.

I purchased this unit including the flip out screen, before I received the unit I informed that I need to pay duty after already paying £450 for the unit of £18. When motive supplies states No Duty to be paid they asked me to pay and they would reimburse me. (After asking 3 times never happed) Once the unit was received the instructions that are in the box are not very helpful but they have a QR code to go to their store and its a store is on Ali Express called COIKA. There it costs 50% less what I just paid. I was trying to avoid these items, however that was my fault for thinking it was a Netherlands company / product. Which it isn’t. After struggling to get the unit to work having to reach out to a UK installer to ask for help as the reply’s were taking to long to get the issues sorted. I was then told by Motive that it probably a duff cable I should go buy another and they would reimburse me. (Which again didn’t happen) new cable bought unit is working. Do I feel it’s £500 worth no not at all but again it’s not it’s only worth £250. So please don’t get suckered into thinking it the real deal it is just large mark up on Chinese equipment. Good luck

Where do i start?..
Product I ordered from this Dutch company as they say its a dutch product.. coming to me straight from China.. as i guess from aliexspress which is not a problem at all but over there cost maximum 250€ and I pay for it 750€ .. ehh good business brooo. At the order I put that i want a 10.25 inch screen and i got one of 8.8 inch, after i complain on whatsup they say that is one fault of them and they change if i send this one back but anyway i dont want anouther 2 weeks of waiting so i sad is not a problem..
Radio keys that they give for 10€ is shit, easy to take the radio with them but after to take the key from the radio is a dramaaa..rear view camera for 50€ looks like 15 years old nokia mobile camera(VGA)!! Have user manual only with chinese letters ok aliexpress 8€. Anouther good business my brothers.
In the and of all they order everything for me from chinese site sell it for me triple price and say that is one european(Dutch) product.
When is i good product is not a problem when its comeing from but after u get and its nothing what you expect and you realise that you paid triple price its very sad..

Hardware is 5 stars. Installation isn't as easy as they would have you think but just take your time. Since I added a rear view camera to my 2008 BMW 128i it more than doubled the effort. I rated 4 stars because on incorrect and missing instructions. The rearview camera instructions did not mention the green and white wires that have to be cut for the camera to work. Installation instructions for the unit should be updated to eliminate the elongated antenna which is no longer used. There are no user instruction for the unit and you have to learn by trial and error.

Amazing customer service, very fast installation (remote) and very cool pricing. Works 100% on my MINI Clubman multimedia system.

Perfect. Bought from2 companies before. Their product did not work. Found motivesupplies at first but their prices are a bit higher. Therefore looked elsewhere. Considering the others weren’t able to get it to work, i bit the bullet. Motivesupplies was my final chance.

Delivery to Italy took 4 days.

Support replies atleast once in 24 hours but usually faster.

And guess what. Their problem had the same issue but they solved it.

So don’t try to cheap out like me. Pay some more and get the knowledge those guys have. It is amazing.

The the service was great and I really got a lot of help when I needed it. I realized that I had bought the wrong item and contacted them. They were quick to respond and said that of course I could get the right one if I would just send mine back. There were no damage to the product so they quickly send the right item. I installed it yesterday and it works fantastic.

The Product: I bought a 10.25” screen, Qualcomm 8 core, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, for reference. First, the screen is good product but not amazing. The screen has a lot of glare and doesn’t have the anti-glare protection that the website description says.

The screen doesn’t come with any how-to instructions. There are plenty of YouTube videos available for similar units, which should help you configure the screen properly.

Communication: Sometimes the DMs were very responsive, usually within a few hours. Often the DMs would take one business day from the U.S. with some follow ups for non-responsiveness.

The greatest concern for me was how the Android screen was described on the Motivesupplies website. As of March 21, 2023, there were statements on the Motivesupplies website that were misleading:

1) “Fully integrated with the car”. The new interface does not integrate with a heads-up display (“HUD”) if you have one. The HUD will work normally when you switch back to the OEM system and switch off the AUX port. In defense of Motivesupplies, I asked about the HUD integration, and I accepted the way it would work. The “fully integrated” statement can be misleading for some that may not have asked about their HUD.

2) “We put together our own systems. Our system is therefore 100% different from that of our competition”. This statement is simply not true. Motivesupplies does not manufacture their own equipment. Motivesupplies is a small shop in the Netherlands, also referenced in their Terms of Use on their website. Motivesupplies mainly do installs in a single garage. There is physically not enough size or scale to manufacture the component parts for the inventory they sell on their website.

The industry has only a few screen manufacturers and the units are largely the same. Motivesupplies uses a Chinese screen manufacturer who slightly modifies some of the code to make it look like the screens come from Motivesupplies. The interface is identical to some of the higher end screens you can buy on Aliexpress (Nunoo, ex.), also including the same chipset options. Functionally, there is nothing materially different than what you can get on Aliexpress for about 35 – 40% less, confirmed with product demos I received from Aliexpress.

3) “The system starts up with our own logo”. This may be true but that doesn’t mean Motivesupplies built the screen. Motivesupplies likely provided their boot logo to their Chinese supplier for the custom look. The arrangement is similar to a company using a Chinese supplier to rebrand clothing with their logo, then reselling the clothing as their own.

4) “Fast shipping”. “Fast” means different speeds to different people. For me, it took Motivesupplies four days to create the shipping label and another four days for Motivesupplies’ Chinese supplier to send the screen unit to the shipping company, Yunexpress in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. It took another 10 days for the unit to arrive at my house, for a total of 17 calendar days from purchase from the “Netherlands” to delivery in the U.S. Motivesupplies website listed my item as “in stock” with a worldwide delivery time between 3 – 8 business days.

Look, it’s easy to criticize someone else. I am writing this review so others can understand what they are really getting. I also understand why Motivesupplies would want to markup Chinese products for resale. They are in the business of making money and Motivesupplies can add this revenue stream to supplement their installation business. Was the screen worth the 35 – 40% markup from what you can get on Aliexpress? In my opinion, not at all. As a consumer, I feel taken advantage of and this is a purchase I have reservations about. I wish I knew all this information before I placed my order. And I also wished that Motivesupplies was honest about their operation, on their website and when I directly asked them. In the end, the product you will get from Motivesupplies will be fine. It is a matter of how much you want to pay for the same thing you can get for a lot less elsewhere. I hope this review helps you decide what’s best for you.

Upgraded from the original to the one from motivesupplies. Installed it myself as a newbie in the car world, but with some help of them at no extra cost, it worked great! Ordering a back camera next.

MotiveSupplies were helpful, attentive and responsive with the tech support.

The product is incredible and a great upgrade on my BMW X5.
