Reversing Camera didnt work.
Oh and they deny refunds for faulty products because install it and finding out its faulty and just a bad product is classed as using it.
I also when trying to fix the issues with the company got adviced to buy some more wires only for them not to work as well

Great upgrade - Android 10 for BMW F20
I bought for my BMW F20 2019 a Android 10 8.8” touch screen with rear camera and dash cam. The installation was quite straightforward by following the installations instructions and with the trim removal kit.
I had some problems with the audio, the EVO system requires a bit more hands on. But after reading the instructions more in detail and off course with excellent help from Jarno everything went on very easy. Now I a super happy with touch and bigger screen, Apple CarPlay, many smart apps, dash cam and rear camera.
Can recommend this upgrade to everyone!

Had a mixup with shipping so took quite a long time to get to me but I was given android auto as compensation apart from that the screen is very good, looks oem and performs really well.

Very bad handling of orders & cancellation
My order wasnt shipped for several days. I then cancelled, but they refuse to refund my payment (it is more than three weeks after cancellation of my order, and they have proof that the item is on its way back to them). Their response times were always very long and I didnt get the impression that they care about sending people their money back at all

You wanted to cancel your order while it was in the shipping proces. Once the package turned up to your house you declined it, you then wanted the money back immediately however we told you you’d need to wait until we get the package back because returns are the customers responsibility.
We think this review is pulled out of context massively. Once the package came in we refunded the money within 2 hours after that.
