I purchase a ATV on the 3rd of June, I received it unassembled about a week later, when I took it apart to assemble it, there were NO NO NO INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS OR PARTS LIST!!! I CONTACTED MOTOBUYS ABOUT 14 TIMES, NOT A SINGLE TIME THAT I WAS ABLE TO TALK WITH ANYONE NOR DID ANYONE RETURNED MY CALLS. BEFORE I PURCHASED THIS ATV, I READ SOME OF THE COMMENTS AND SURE ENOUGH IT STATED THAT MOTOBUYS WOULD NOT CONTACT YOU BACK ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE PURCHASE! THE SAD PART WAS THAT SINCE I RECEIVED THIS ATV IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, I WAS GOING TO ORDER ANOTHER ONE, BUT SINCE THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SYSTEM IS PISS POOR, I DECIDED NOT TO! Didn’t listen to the bad reviews
Didn’t listen to the bad reviews. Bought a 300cc 2 seater. It showed up missing hardware, broken lights, front left tire leak, part bolt holes didn’t line up. Took weeks to get customer service to send me parts, they sent some, spent weeks getting them to send the other parts, they sent some. About 4 months after getting cart, I finally got all the parts and started it, ran well, for about 15 miles and the Variator started squealing, again, weeks to get customer service to send me parts. Got it running again, about 20 miles, Variator started squealing again, guess what, customer service will not respond. It’s 2025, and it’s been sitting 90% of the time.
Received unusable Dirt Bike
Ordered a dirt bike for my granddaughter and it came with a warped back tire and only one front shock. Sent several e-mails to customer service and didn't get one reply.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Provided a cheaply made, overpriced product, and HORRIBLE treatment from the company, no customer service at all. I've never written a bad review about someone online - but I'm compelled. I ordered a go-kart for my children for Christmas and paid the extra for preassemblely. It showed up on a busted up palate, but I didn't notice any major broken parts at first. After following every instruction precisely, it would not work. I contacted the company several times and they did not respond for several weeks. So, I hired an electrician to look at it, he found out that when they assembled they had pulled the brake line so tight that it would not work. He fixed it. It worked for about 20 minutes. Then the brake mechanism that was welded to the frame broke off the frame. We looked at it closely and it was clearly a bad weld. I spoke with a representative at the company that same day (as they had finally gotten back to me about the first issue). He agreed that they will have to send us out another kart. Followed up several times. No response. One day a rear axel showed up at my house for it (that has nothing to do with the problem). They have never gotten back to me despite several emails to the same email address I was communicating with. I've ended up hiring someone to weld it back on properly. The product is poor, but worse that that is this company and how it treats its customers. They ruined my kids Christmas - DON'T DO IT.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! Expect new youth atv. They sent youth atv with bent frame. Horrible communication, slow to refund, had to get bbb involved to get refund processed, would NOT recommend.

I bought a go kart for my son for…
I bought a go kart for my son for christmas. It was delivered on the 9th and the brakes were non functional. I have called and emailed numerous times with no communication back. I was able to finally speak with a Ken from tech support who told me to "bleed the line" which we did and still the brakes don't work. I was told they "tested" the go kart prior to shipping but I highly doubt it considering once it started and my son drove off they never worked. I have disputed the charge and filed complaints with the BBB and the FTC. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Do not buy from this company!!

They sent me a go cart that would never start.
After 3 weeks of haggling with them, I finally gave up and took it to a mechanic. They took it apart and properly put it back together. The fuel line was pinched.
The real problem is not this mistake but that they would not work with me on it. My son mowed yards for a summer to pay for this and he was pretty disappointed.
Advice, save more money and go with a better company and product.

So far I have a bad taste in my mouth about these guys. I reached out a month ago regarding an issue with the color of my order. I paid for a red dirtbike and they sent me orange. I had already ordered red gear for my son for Christmas. He really wanted a red bike. After emailing, they called me saying they would compensate me for their mistake. The agent then told me he would call right back. 1 week passed and I heard nothing. Over the course of a month I've sent 4 emails, one per week, requesting an update and they have ignored every one. Can't imagine what warranty support must be like with these guys. I will not be buying from them again.

Bought a dirt bike for my son for Christmas. The bike of course did not want to start, so I looked at the manual which had very little information. So I proceeded to call customer service MULTIPLE times. I left messages and emails, and would you believe it they never responded to not one message. I now have to figure out how to get a refund from a company who will not answer or return calls. Wish me luck and stay away from this company.

I have been dealing with trying to get repair parts
I have been dealing with trying to get replacement parts. I was told go online and fill out the parts request form and send pictures which i did. Took 2 weeks to get a response with needed more pictures so i sent more pictures. Took another 2 weeks for a response and was told to go online somewhere else and buy the parts because they don't carry them, and they can't get them. So, I asked for part numbers because it's a part not on the diagram and now it's been 3 weeks and still no response. Has to be the worst company I have dealt with and will never purchase anything from them again. I would suggest the same to anyone else go buy from a local store that can actually help you out when you need the service.

Worst customer service experience
Wonderful sales department, Bob was super helpful. However upon arrival our go kart had many damaged pieces. The company offered to send us the parts to fix it ourselves. However we paid the extra $99 to have it assembled. They refused to refund us the $99 for assembly even though we are now assembling many pieces ourselves. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Please buy from any other company. Read the reviews and complaints on BBB.

We bought a Cheetah 6
We bought a Cheetah 6. They delivered us the wrong one. They delivered us a Cheetah I6. We have yet been able to get them to tell us they will deliver us the right one. All we get is an email telling us how to pack up the wrong one and they will get it!! We’ve paid for the Cheetah 6 and cannot get it sent it to us. My husband put the Cheetah 6 together for them because he had unpacked it from the crate and started and then realized it was an electric and not gas. Now the crate can’t be used because obviously you have to cut it, it’s metal, to get the go-cart out. They aren’t apologetic and won’t take responsibility for their error. I’m over this company and will NEVER buy nor recommend them again. We planned to buy multiple “toys” from them because we have 13 grandkids. Thank God we only bought one as a test and learned our lesson. We can’t even get the right one sent to us that we paid for and no idea how to since all they want is the wrong one. So where’s our refund???? You won’t get the go-cart until we have either our money or the right one! Fraudulent company as far as I’m concerned.

RPS GKR 200 Delux,Adult…
I purchased 2- RPS GKR 200 Delux,Adult Off Road Go Karts. It was disappointing to receive the damaged shipment. The invoice for the missing parts took over three weeks, and the damaged parts will probably take another week or so to arrive.
I bought two exact go-karts and assembled them. It would have been nice to have assembly instructions or a video accompanying the units, as I had to figure everything out myself! The fender’s mounting frame didn’t fit right, so I had to make some modifications.
Having an engine/transmission maintenance/repair manual or video would also be helpful.
The Go Karts look great. However, the negatives are lack of power and poor handling.
Tatiyana in the customer service department was great and a pleasure to talk to.
Very good buying experience
Very good buying experience. Ordered two bikes, a 125 and a 110. They were shipped earlier than expected. Slight shipping damage to one. Problem taken care of quickly. I have two extremely happy grandsons.
