I was sent a bike with only one handlebar block with 1 bolt.It took me a month to get the correct blocks.And they didn't send me the bolts.They told me the size and that I could pick them up at a local hardware store.
Paid for a complete bike that I couldn't ride
Also, my spark plug was broken and bent during shipping.I sent them an email.They never responded about that.I wouldn't go to this place.

Bought a Trailmaster ULTRA BLAZER 200EX…
Bought a Trailmaster ULTRA BLAZER 200EX EFI Go Kart and when it was delivered we discovered it was damaged pretty bad. Steering column was bent, dash and gauge cluster was broken in pieces. Large deep scars trough paint into frame metal. Broken plastic fenders, hood etc...etc...
Sent pictures to the company and they told us damage is mild so they would send us parts for us to repair our selfs? How in the world are we supposed to repair this damage? Take the cart all appart and repaint it and then reassemble? They would not replace it with a new unit. We refused this and sent it back to them. They refunded us purchase price minus $1,500.00 for shipping and handling cost per their purchase contract.
We tried for months to get the balance returned to us without luck. The most awful experience we have ever had with a company. Stealing money from kids should not be legal...
Now kids are saving up their money for a new one.
Never buy from an online store. Always go to a real store with real people. We will from now on!

I purchased a Trailmaster Challenger…
I purchased a Trailmaster Challenger 300 from these guys and they mention guaranteed warranty for 3 months after purchase. Well something went wrong with the Trailmaster 2 days before the expiration date of the warranty. I contacted within time frame through email and by calling. I didn't receive an email back but when I decided to call, customer service told me he had forwarded my email to tech support. He assured me not to worry about it being close to my 3 month period on the warranty that they will still honor it no problem since it's still within the 3 months. I was told to wait for technician to call me back.
Well it's been a month and no one has called, I send emails and I get no replies. Now they just don't answer any of my calls or return them, I'm assuming they just don't want to deal with my issue? Talk about customer service and communication. I was really looking forward to them trying to help me out with the issue since we use it for our ranch. It really helps us out around here and for them to just throw me in the gutter. Smh..Over a damn inexpensive UTV that they don't want to just try and figure out the problem over thousands of dollars they make. Stay far away from these guys!!!

The guy on the phone with their customer service team was very very rude and told me that there was nothing he could do to help me. I am just trying to warn as many people as i can, to not buy anything whatsoever from these people!!! Their products are very very shotty to say the least!!! BEWARE OF MOTOBUYS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

I ordered an Amigo Storm 300 scooter from Bob. Bob was great in directing me to the Storm 300. I was looking at other scooters and Bob sold me on the Storm 300, and I an so glad he did, He was also able to get it in the color (white) that I wanted and that is hard to get. The bike arrived very well crated and all I had to do was install the windshield and handle bar mirrors. I LOVE my scooter. It looks great and drives like a dream. The speed odometer is registered up to 110MPH and I have had it up to 90MPH. If you are thinking about buying a high end scooter, at a great price, this is the one to buy! Thank you Bob! Carlos and Andrew at the customer service desk have been terrific to work with. Very responsive and really care about providing great service after the sale. I ordered a pitbike that was (and still is) labeled as having 14/ 12" tires front and rear. This was important to me as I wanted the small size pitbike like my friends have.
Upon receiving the bike I realized that I got a 17/ 14 pitbike but their website claims you absolutely can not deny shipments so I hoped their customer service would take care of me, maybe sending me a 14/ 12 wheel and tire set.
They acted like they would until the payment was over 90 days old and I couldn't get my money back, then they flat told me they would do nothing for me.
Their products aren't necessarily bad but the company is too incompetent to even correctly label their own products and the customer service is absolutely worthless.

Top-notch customer service
Due to a variety of reasons, it took me 6 trips to the DMV to get my moped registered, but Andrew in customer service at Motobuys certainly went above and beyond. It's rare to have customer service be as attentive, helpful, and communicative as he was. He made me feel as though he genuinely cared about doing what he could to help and was sincerely invested in the outcome of my situation. His actions have turned me into a loyal customer of motobuys.com.
Bad Buy Experience
So my long time significant other bought a 150cc Ice Bear Mojo Magic trike Moped from Motobuys.com back around the end of May. She paid for the extra warranty and assembly of the device. Moped arrived clean, with minor assembly items needing to be done.
Once assembled she test drove it around the neighborhood, speed limit is 20mph in the residential area we are in. The moped was bought because research showed that a 150cc trike should go about 45 to 55mph, which she bought it to do that as she works just a few miles around from our house.
When we tested the moped on the city streets of the town we live with me following behind her, it was noticeable the bike never would go above 22mph. As she was driving the moped, the speedometer was showing that it was going 45mph. She did eventually test it later with a speed tracker app, and lo and behold regardless of how fast the speedometer was reading, the fastest the moped would go is 22mph.
This then leads us to the nightmare we’ve been having dealing with Motobuys.com. Other than it being insanely difficult to reach customer service, once you eventually do after numerous calls, all they do is send you a link to schedule a tech agent to call you. Well the tech agents call an hour late, even if they ever call at all. We had three calls scheduled and the first two they called as late as possible and then said they would call us back and never did. The third one they didn’t even call.
It wasn’t until after filing an FTC complaint, a BBB complaint, and threatening legal action that they eventually told us they’re sending us out a part to resolve the issue. That was over a week ago and we still haven’t received the part and now this moped has been sitting in my drive for 2 months without being used what it was intended.
Buyer beware
Buyer beware! This company sent us a bike that didnt run a nd said we would need to chang the carberarator ourselves to fix it. We did that and it still didnt work. They said to change the ignition coil. We did that. It wouldnt run. They said they didnt know what else to do so they approved a refund. We sent it back and they sent us a check for 150 even thought we spent 500 on it. When I emailed them and asked why they sai because they had there mechanic put another carbarator in it and it ran. I said why is it our fault that you sent us faulty replacment parts. Havent heard back. This all started in Nov and it is now July and we are out 350 and no dirt bike for our child. They are a complete scam!

DO NOT purchase anything as a Christmas gift or birthday gift from this company. Received a go kart that had a bad carburetor that was supposed to be a Christmas present for my six year old. Submitted request to tech support on Dec 17. Scheduled a consultation for Dec 21 and no one called me. Called several times, left voicemails and sent emails. No one called back until January 5. Needless to say I am not happy with my experience. No one offered any help to resolve this problem in time for Christmas. Received a carburetor from them on Jan 12. The only solution they offered was sending a new carburetor, no care or concern with my kid not getting what they wanted for Christmas. Will never buy from here again.
Horrific service after receiving damaged ATV
Goto my BBB review. Horrific service. Basically received two damaged tires a month ago on a new ATV and cannot make contact with anyone except sales staff, who are independent contractors.
Left 4 voicemails and 4 emails and cannot get a response.
Worst business I have ever dealt with. By far!!!

I bought an rps Condor back a couple months finally got around to putting license and stuff on it and realized I had lost the bill of sale. called and talked to Andy. He sent me an email immediately with my bill of sale so I was able to go license it . Great customer service.

Purchased a bike with electric start- they sent me a bike that still had gas in it. Would not start. A week later tech support confirmed I was sent the wrong bike. They offered me 100.00 to keep a bike that didn’t work and wasn’t what I ordered. Took several calls to reach someone. They offered an exchange. After picking the exchange bike I was told they couldn’t do that. Then they told me the bike they advertised as electric start did not have electric start it was a mistake online (which is still listed)
They refused the exchange said I had to return but didn’t promise a full refund. Here is where they get tricky. Their return policy has so many loopholes to keep them from paying you a full refund.
They offered me 300 to keep the bike that didn’t work (I accepted but never received it)
Contacted the BBB and Texas state atty general. Still no refund:
They claimed I yelled at them. No I didn’t yell. I was assertive due to them dropping the ball and trying to weasel out of taking responsibility for their mistakes. Not one apology. Nothing.
They treated me like dirt because I’m female then tried to gaslight me into this being my fault somehow.
Had to take bike to a mechanic, bad carb and they didn’t assemble the brakes properly:

They have nice atvs, OK prices, but really bad customer service. They never respond to messages never get back to you, don't help you in any way, and don't send you no information when they say that they will. The owners ot managers should know what is going on with their employees..

And it does come with rear pegs for an additional rider ....was looking for a enduro to ride on some back roads and found it right here ..

I’m currently still waiting for a title to be sent to me from this company so I can actually enjoy my hard earned money for now all I can do is look at it…it’s like their customer service is none existent and when u do get somebody the customer service is the worst… my neighbor liked my bike and asked where he could get one I’ll have to tell him buy somewhere else as I don’t want him to resent me for sending him to such a horrible company once they get your money they go ghost on you… I’d never recommend anybody to use this company but you can do so at your own risk
