I placed a UK order with Motocard on 12th April for a Givi Engine Guard TN9058 (Ref. M-201262581, Size: UNICA) with order number 18974938 with an estimated delivery date of 24th April.
The last update I received was on 21 April stating the item had “left the warehouse.” Since then, there have been no further updates, no tracking number provided, and the order has still not been delivered — now over 3 weeks later.
I have made multiple attempts to contact Motocard, including through their WhatsApp chatbot and via email (as advised by their own support). Despite this, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing and not what I would expect when ordering from a company operating in the UK market.
Delays can happen, but failing to provide basic tracking information or respond to customer queries is not acceptable.
I have already formally requested an update and allowed additional time for a response. As no response has been received, I am now preparing to initiate a chargeback through my payment provider.
I would still prefer to resolve this directly. Motocard should urgently:
1) Provide a valid tracking number with confirmed shipment status, or
2) Issue a full refund without further delay.
Unless this is resolved promptly, I will proceed with the chargeback and escalate the matter further if required.
I hope this review prompts a proper response and resolution.

Still have not received product that was meant to be delivered on the 16th April. Customer service has not stopped responding to my emails, seems to only get a response from my review on here. The previous emails I received kept giving a new delivery date that kept passing and the item still was not delivered. Having to go through my payment provider for a refund now due to no communication. If in UK (unsure if you can order from elsewhere globally) I would recommend ordering from Sportsbikeshop or Megamotorcyclestore both very good shops.

Placed orders on 08/04/26, and still not delivered ax of 03/05/26, have messaged to be told expected delivery date 22/04/26, which has been and gone. Then informed that items are awaiting collection by courier and they will request express delivery that was 30/04/26, and still haven't had any further update.

You never answer emails. I’ve tried dealing through WhatsApp which is a joke. Been waiting a month now having to deal with PayPal. Would say to everyone please don’t use these as they clearly don’t care at all.

Easy order, But realised before order was dispatched that it was incompatible with my helmet. Requested to cancel order, But was told it was too late. Eventhough it hadn’t been dispatched. I’ve just checked their cancellation t&c and it states it can be cancelled prior to delivery.

Helmet not received almost 3 weeks after ordering it and when I complained they just blamed DPD - no offer of a refund or assistance.
I’ve had to contact my bank to start the process of recovering my money.

Helmet ended up not fitting correctly, so I had to return it, which cost me $150 USD. I have learned my lesson to never again order a helmet from overseas.
