I have still not received my order

I have still not received my order. I have asked for updates and get nowhere. I have asked where it is on its journey and get nowhere. I was told it is arriving thur just gone.

I am at a loss. DPD have not received it so how where they meant to deliver I on the Thursday.

Let’s see what Monday brings.

Be careful ordering from these as you…

Be careful ordering from these as you maybe waiting months before you receive your item, im still waiting on my items, they are very unhelpful and do not do anything to chase your parcel to see where it is.
There is a lot of miscommunication between sales and the warehouse, they advise it's been shipped when it hasn't then blames dpd.

Unfortunately my experience with…

Unfortunately my experience with Motocard was very poor hence 1 star, this may have been a one off but who knows, their customer care product knowledge was disappointing, and very frustrating, and there returns by modern standards was also not good! In the end I kept the product and "customised" it to fit my bike, so I shan't be using them again, I don't often put up poor reviews but in this case I have had to.

I still haven’t received my order

I still haven’t received my order. The helmet was ordered and paid for on 01/03/2026 and the delivery date just keeps getting extended. I have emailed Motocard and have not been given any compensation for the inconvenience. An apology does not solve the issue. I have read numerous reviews that are recent saying the same thing. Correspondence has been poor and would not order from here again.

I am stil waiting for my order to arrive I ordered it 18 days ago! Had an email with update very vaguely saying there was a problem with DPD, nothing since. Am very disappointed won’t be ordering from them again. Was given a 10% good will code for next purchase, not impressed at all

abuse in the management of reimbursements

Customer support leaves much to be desired, and the return conditions are terrible. Basically, when you make a return, the refund happens whenever they want. There's no clear timeframe or priority processing.

In mid-2026, this is hard to accept. Many stores process refunds in a few hours/days, but here the customer's money sits idle with them, with no hurry to return it.

The most curious thing is that they are quick to respond to criticism, but not to refund customers; the speed disappears.

After this experience, I prefer to buy from another store, like Martimotos or any other that respects its customers more and has clear and fast return processes.

There are stores that treat their customers well. Unfortunately, in this experience, Motocard fell far short of expectations.

Avoid them and look for another seller, as I mentioned.

Bought a helmet 12 days still not been…

Bought a helmet 12 days still not been dispatched. Paid through paypal. Motocard told me cant get refund as my order is in final preperation stages. Still no helmet yet they have my money and i have no helmet or any idea when likely to be dispatched nevermind delivered. Will never buy from them again.

AVOID!

AVOID!! Ordered a helmet almost three weeks ago, have absolutely no update on shipment, when its arriving or where it is and the customer service is absolutely shocking. Have contacted them multiple times still no response as to when I will receive it. Has been an absolute nightmare from the start wish I read reviews before ordering as everyone seems to have the same issue.

Zero star company. Motocard sux

If I could rate less than one star I would. I live in the U.S. I ordered a motorcycle helmet from these idiots a few weeks ago as I wanted an ECE 22.06 rated helmet. They shipped it to me but it got held up in customs...no big deal, I had to submit paperwork to UPS and customs...which took a few days to get worked out but I did the necessary paperwork. I get notification from UPS my paperwork was cleared and they would now deliver my helmet. The next day I get another email saying that Motocard had told UPS to send the helmet back to them because it "didn't satisfy American safety requirements." I ordered from Europe so that it had an ECE rating which far surpasses the bogus DOT requirements here in the states. Then I had to dispute the 500 dollar charge with my credit card company. Do not ever order from these jackwagons. I've ordered from Champion which is in the UK with no problems whatsoever. Motocard sucks!!!

horrible merchant to deal with. liars

horrible merchant to deal with. I paid $420 for a new AGV helmet and they sent me a worn helmet (smelled STRONG of men's cologne/perfume) and on top of that the chin strap had a hole in it from a metal spike with a security tag they forgot to remove. No way I can wear the helmet, plus it stinks bad! I asked for a refund and they only refunded the $350 for helmet and even though they promised over email to refund the entire amount, they withheld the UPS shipping costs of ~$70. Liars, disgusting people and I hope people read all the bad reviews and experiences before spending money with these spain based crooks.

I am adding to this review because the company just replied to my bad review very defensively and continue to be ignorant and unprofessional. They claim that it’s within their return and exchange policy to not refund shipping. That’s very carefully and maliciously crafted policy because if you are returning something due to the fact that you’re not happy with the item, it totally makes sense that you, the buyer, should pay the cost lost due shipping because it’s your fault you do not like the item and you’re asking for a refund however, if you are returning an item because the merchant is a manipulative thief who illegally markets new products but then sends you a used worn product instead, and you’re forced to return this item and get your money back, there should not and never be a shipping cost incurred. It is their fault that they misled the customer into believing they’re buying something new, where in fact it was used. It is their fault they did not stand by the customer and did the right thing. It is their fault the customer now has to waste time and go look for a product somewhere else because these people have misleading advertising practice. Why in the world should a customer be out $64 due to shipping shipping because the merchant is a liar?? i’m writing this addition only because I’m incredibly angry that they had the guts to come back with some bogus AI response saying that if I’m not happy contact the customer service blah blah. I did contact the customer service 10 times. They told me to go “screw off”, basically. Pretty much that’s what they said exactly what you were saying. You’re covered by some bogus refund policy that your lawyers wrote for you. I hope you go out of business. I sincerely do

I paid two orders by bank transfer…no product…no money back

I duly paid two orders by bank transfer before two minth!
First I waited a month for them to send me the product, and on the end they didn't send the products…
Aftrer cancelation of both orders I've been waiting for a refund almoust a month,…Disaster..

I contacted customer service via WhatsApp, email, and direct via the website, but all the answers were about the same as the comment from the Motocard team after my review... There is no phone and no live person, no one contacted me personally, no one signed under the email, not even in the WhatsApp chat, only AI answers that drive you crazy, because you constantly have to re-enter the same things, like order numbers, confirmation that you wrote it and everything goes in circles without any progress for weeks..., I guess they think that people will get bored of writing and wasting time and give up 🤪
I really don't understand how they could hope for any future in business with such unprofessionalism... and does any of the management and owners know or read this 😇
