Don’t shop with them if you are from EU, they will take more money then the currency says. Worst experience with costumer service after giving proof of payment

Arrival 7 days earlier, top communication 10/10

First time buyer, ordered a SHARK Skwal i3 helmet on March 7th, estimated delivery was March 27th, 2026. Even got a reminder on the 11th, that the order is still being prepared. On the 16th I got notified that the package was being prepared for shipping, shipped the next day on the 17th. Was here on the 20th in the morning, even though it was shipped from Spain to Austria, arrived 7 days earlier than expected. 10/10 can really recommend and will most likely purchase again!

wrong recommendation by them, now they don't honor their mistake. CAREFUL

I live in the Caribbean and had ordered with Motocard before with excellent results.
Now I order Denali products and asked their customer service for support and indication on the correct parts, which they did and I ordered based on that.
this was sent to an address in Spain and I took it with me back to where I live. Surprise they had recommended the wrong adapter cable. I had to buy a new, correcto one and now they refuse to honor their responsibility and I'm stuck with a US$ 500.00 peace of hardware which I can't use.
they say they that they can't to anything. so careful when you ask their customer service for advice. double check before you order, don't trust them. They won't honor their responsibility. I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION TO PROOF IT and have sent it 3 times, they don't care
UPDATE as 27.3.26
MOTOCARD responded and invited me to place my claim again. which I did 4 days ago, got an automated response that they will respond within 24 hours, am still waiting for their response, so cannot change my opinion, which I would love to do, as they have great products but lag completely in customer service

Their website hasn’t VAT included and it’s not stated.

I live in Switzerland, as I was looking for gloves motocard showed up with a website in deutsch, prices showing in chf and I bought a pair of gloves there. It didn’t state that the prices were without VAT anywhere. Now the gloves have a 50+chf import fee.

Edit1: The problem is that it isn’t told at anywhere that VAT is 0%. There is nothing that states that the final price is without VAT at checkout. If it showed, as soon as I was finishing my order I would see that the payment was without VAT and I would cancel the order directly.

Very bad customer service experience.
Ordered an item, store sent a wrong one, wasn't able to provide the one that was ordered. After returning store still charged me for shipping costs.
Sent multiple emails, always got automatic system reply, never got in contact with some actual person.

Two times bought from their store, booth times very bad experience.

Excellent shop for motorcyclists

Allways my first choice when searcing for motorcycle gear and recommend it often to friends.
Prices are great too and i almost always find coupons.
The only addition that would be appreciated would be the possibility to buy in installments, gear is damn expensive these days :)

Same story as a few others it seems

Same story as a few others it seems. Ordered my helmet 20th Feb, still nothing. DPD are apparently the issue however DPD haven't even received my order. No updates, just keep getting told to wait. Will be trying to get my money back through PayPal.

This company drags their heels…

This company drags their heels dispatching items and then blames problems with DPD. They promise delivery later on in the week or early next week. Well it's now early next week and no sign on my DPD app that they're even expecting an order from Motocard. Don't touch this company with a bargepole. They waste your time whilst earning interest off the money you've paid them. Absolute shambles

I ordered a helmet 23 days ago and I still dont even have tracking for it. They're blaming DPD, I know there are no issues with dpd as I have a family member that works at the UK International depot. They are blatantly lying to their customers and dont give a damn. They have your money and dont care of you get your product or not. Avoid this company at all costs.
