Delaying orders big time.

I placed my order on April 4th, and it was supposed to arrive on April 13th. It’s now the 16th, and they haven’t even shipped it yet.

The customer service is poor. There’s only a Spanish support line, and when you try to speak in English, they don’t know how to handle it and just hang up.

After calling for an hour, I finally managed to speak with someone yesterday. They told me one item was missing and that’s why my order had been delayed for so long. I asked them to cancel the missing item and ship the rest immediately, as I have a trip coming up soon.

A day later, nothing has been shipped.

I definitely won’t be ordering from MOTOCARD again.

Shocking customer service, false confirmations, AI excuses, and they still sent the wrong helmet

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Motocard.
This was not just a delayed order. The real problem was the terrible customer service, contradictory information, and complete lack of responsibility.
I placed order #18881310 and later found out there was a stock issue, even though the item appeared available when I placed the order. I contacted support to resolve the problem quickly.
First, I was told that the issue was the helmet. Based on that information, I clearly requested that the original helmet be replaced with a different model and asked for a payment link for the price difference.
Then I received a reply confirming that the change could be processed.
Later, I was told that this reply had actually been generated by AI, that the change had not been made, and that the previous information was not reliable.
After that, I was told that the real issue was not the helmet, but the gloves.
So as a customer, I was:
told that the helmet was the problem,
told that the helmet replacement would be processed,
later told that this was only an AI reply and nothing had actually been done,
then told that the real problem was a different item altogether.
That alone was already a complete mess.
But the worst part is this: in the end, they still sent me the original helmet anyway, the one I had explicitly asked them to replace. They did not change the product as requested.
So after all the emails, delays, contradictory replies, and wasted time, Motocard still shipped the helmet they wanted, not the one I had clearly asked for.
Blaming AI is not an excuse. That is their internal failure, not the customer’s problem. If your support gives false confirmations, contradictory information, and then ignores the requested change, that is simply unacceptable.
This was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have had.
Terrible communication, no accountability, and no proper resolution. I do not recommend Motocard to anyone.

Very Poor service


Poor experience with UK shipping. My order, placed on March 25th, wasn’t set up for collection until March 31st and still appears to be awaiting collection by DPD as of April 9th. Communication through WhatsApp has been clunky and unhelpful. My money has been taken, and I’m awaiting a response regarding order cancellation and a full refund. I would not use this company again.

As of 10/4/26, I have returned the item, and requested a full refund, including tax and p&p.
Further response awaited.

Really bad

Really bad
Wanted to cancel an order not 24 hours later and they still sent it.
It took them 5 days to dispatch the item, so it could have been cancelled easily.
Now because if their stupid greed I have to pay for the return.
Not only that it took a month to arrive and that alone should have me return the item free of charge .
Stay well clear of these guys, bad company

Arai helmet good price and shipping

I bought an 1000 Euro Arai helmet here. Order process, shipping to Germany and communication was great. The helmet came within one week, payment with paypal. The helmet was well packaged and delivery with DPD was very professional too. Five stars to Motocard.

Great Selection and Excellent Customer Service

had a very good experience with Motocard. They offer a great variety of products, which makes it easy to find exactly what you need in one place. The shipping process was smooth, and when a return was needed, the process was clear and straightforward. I was also impressed by how fast customer service responded to my questions. Best Service

Had a fail with an inflator to which in the heat of the moment had a large moan after me throwing my toy out the pram (e.g. the inflator in the bin) but Sharon got in touch and within a heart beat sent me a new one without requesting or any faff. The inflator was a year old and used to top up my air suspension before each ride. Can’t argue with the service and hope that people will opt to purchase British products as they are the best and people should search where products are designed and produced.

I gave 5 stars for seriousness and…

I gave 5 stars for seriousness and professionalism. The same rating also applies to the offers for motorcyclists.
What I would add, however, is more detailed information for products that involve additional components. For example, when it came to jackets, I ran into a dilemma—I didn’t know which protection to choose, especially since, being from Romania, I don’t have much room for error when placing an order.
It would help the community if there were a closer connection with manufacturers.
therwise, I wish you to stay the same—close to and supportive of the motorcycle community. Warm greetings from Romania!

Products are good but..

Products are good, the brand it’s self it’s great. But how is it possible that in Motocard Lisboa, they never call you or mark when a package arrives… An employee, told me, a client, a month after I made a purchase, that I complained for the 4th time that no one call or marked that the items arrived. Are those your guidelines? I don’t believe so… by the way, I wrote in the complaint book and after the legal timing to receive my answer, I did not received it. Why?.. because it’s legally required

LS2 Advant X helmet

I ordered a LS2 Advant X and the helmet was delivered on time and a lot cheaper than any distributor in the States! I am very happy with the fit and finish of my helmet. I was also able to switch the helmet sizing before the order shipped, because they run a lil small, I will definitely order from you all again, thanks! Highly recommend
