These are my comments on my wife and my…
These are my comments on my wife and my MotoGP weekend in Portugal in November 2025.
Saturday staff and program were good and pretty much went to plan but Sunday was a bit different - it was arranged to meet at the hotel at 8:15am which was far too late - it should have been at least 7:45am to beat the expected traffic. After waiting until 8:25am for 2 late guests (who we should have left behind), we finally got to the track at 9:45am. By the time we walked the kilometre to the Premier Room, the Moto GP warm-up session was nearly over so we missed that.
Then one the Premier suite desk staff asked us if we wanted to book into a service road tour. We selected the time of 12:30pm assuming that we’d be back in time for the 1:00pm GP start. So at 12.35pm my wife went to ask him what was going on and he said as usual they were running late and we could watch the start from the service road which is something we didn’t want to do - we spent a lot of money on this trip and did not want to miss the start of the main event. He made a half-hearted attempt to find a later spot but apparently none were available, so we missed out. If he had mentioned when we arrived that we would miss the start by taking the tour, then we would have booked a later time.
We spent about AU$16,000 on this package and whilst it was mostly OK (catering staff, drivers etc. were great), the Sunday effort was pretty ordinary and certainly not worth the money quite frankly. There were five staff mingling around the reception desk, but not much effort put in to announcing or organising activities. They were chatting amongst themselves but, unlike Saturday, not providing much interaction with guests. I queried the service lane tour with the head representative and was basically dismissed.
After the Moto3 race, the offical program mentioned a track walk at 15:30pm, but after some milling around it was suggested that there were no more scheduled activities and that we make our way back to the bus for an early departure. Got to the bus at 3:45pm with many other guests and waited an hour to leave to leave as it appears not everyone got the memo about leaving early due to no more scheduled activities, despite the emailed program saying that there was.
The Saturday was good - the Moto GP representative conducted an paddock tour and the garage experience was worthwhile. But Sunday was pretty ordinary - most of the advertised activities were not available or not notified to us. The printed program of activities was an amateur affair compared to the official program displayed on screens at the event. On the pit lane walk we saw no riders, yet online half hour later we saw on TV Australian Jack Miller signing autographs. On Sunday we missed the MotoGP Warm Up (9:40-9:50am) due to late arrival, the rider parade at 10:00am (weren’t informed about that), the Hero walk at 10.20am-10.40am (weren’t informed about that), and Track walk 15:30-16:00 (didn’t happen).
We had an OK time overall but, for the money involved, there is plenty of room for improvement. For example, it would ge good to actually see and maybe hear from some of the riders - the whole weekend we saw Jack Miller in his garage and Miguel Olivera in the suite for a brief talk. And communication and coordination of activies with guests need a lot of improvement - we missed much of the Sunday program because of this. I also think there should be scope to watch the actual race for a better vantage point than just the end of the main straight, maybe an option to view from another stand overlooking corners.
Based on our experience I wouldn’t bother going again and would advise people considering a visit to look at other (cheaper) options which focus on actually seeing more of the race. I could live without walking up and down a crowded pit lane and track trying to get a glimpse of riders and bikes again. I did make these comments to the MotoGP Premier people when asked for feedback and ended up getting a token few hundred dollars reimbursed (after suggesting it!), but small consolation really.
Valencia GP 2025
Everything went superb and can’t say anything to improve.
MotoGP premier personal were awesome, catering was pretty good and waiters were very nice.
Also before the weekend, all the doubts we had, were clearified by Kai Murray so give this man a promotion.
Will do it next year for sure.
Enjoyed the MotoGP Premier experience…
Enjoyed the MotoGP Premier experience at Japan Motegi Circuit 2025 - excellent Turn 1 view to watch Marquez capture the 2025 World Championship. The raffle for access Pit Lane during the races was also very fun.
MotorGP Premier
This was our first time doing a premier package for a motorgp race and it was worth every penny. This was a 30th birthday present to my husband and throughout the whole process Kai was beyond helpful in explaining each package and what it consisted of. Definitely looking forward to other experiences in the future with motorgp!

I booked and attended the Australian MotoGP round at Phillip Island and I wasn't dissapointed.
The paddock passes were worth the money and I got the chance to meet so many of the stars of MotoGP as well as other like Hodgy and Michael Laverty. The MMotoGP Premier team in the hospitalityy suite were such amazing fun and so very helpful. Pt walks were great and the food was amazing also in the hospitality suite.
Overall a great experience. The Silverwater Resort was ok, but a little basic. But it didn' matter as I was there for Phillip Island and the MotoGP weekend.
Now looking at COTA for next year and a similar package. :-)
Was planning for it to be a once in a lifetime experience but something tells me it won’t!
I was walking on air all weekend, this was for sure the highlights of this year! With the help of the sales specialist Kai Murray I bought the Apex package, which includes pretty much everything you can pay for. The days were so full of activities that I was almost forgetting to eat! I went to the San Marino GP and in this case the VIP Village was hands down in the best spot of the circuit. We could comfortably see from turn 1 to 4 by sitting on the lounge’s sofas while drinking some beer or wine. I’ve lost the appointment for the paddock guided tour, but as soon as I came back to the lounge the hostess Alexandra approached me saying that if I wanted to make it up, she could save me a place for the next day with another subgroup. Guess what? The next day nobody wanted to have the experience so I got a private solo guided tour, just chilling and speaking with her of the paddock secrets! Really grateful to her and Nicole for making my solo experience magical. The only thing I could wish for was for it to never ends.. I will do it again 100%.
A once in a lifetime experience? Nope, do it as many times as you can manage!
When we booked our VIP MotoGP experience a few years ago, it was intended to be a one-off extravagance. We enjoyed it so much, we have now done three in Qatar and are looking forward to Japan.
The hospitality is great, but the real draw is the chance to get so close to the teams, riders, and the action.
Communication with the organisers has always been professional with a great personal touch.
Terrible COTA 2025 Apex experience
Liars, Liars, pants on fire….I was at the 2025 COTA race in Texas. I got the best package they offered (apex) because this was a once in a lifetime thing for me. First off, the information from moto gp was terrible! They didn’t give us the final plans until the day before I left for COTA. The hotel they gave us (Marriott Downtown) was extremely subpar. The sheets and blankets were dirty, things didn’t work, the shower leaked all over the floor and the carpet was gross. So I get to the arena and we go up to that premier apex suite which was not so great as advertised . Also I pretty much ended up sitting in that room the whole two days as the hosts did not do a good job telling us where we could go and not to go. I got more information from another guest I met there than any of the hosts. Also when Jack and Alex & Randy came in it was mere minutes, and I couldn’t see anything because all the star struck rude men gathered right in front, not a care for the shorter females and shorter people in general. It was a joke! My whole $6000.00 experience was sitting in subpar lounge and sitting on the empty grandstands right out the door of lounge which has to be the worst view in the whole place. I missed out on so much just because of this inept company. Even to this day we still haven’t received our “gifts” because they can’t seem to get it together after almost a month! I paid $6000us for a maybe $2000.00 experience (and that’s being generous). Oh one last thing..the garage and paddock tour was a complete joke. We were shoved into the back like sardines and it lasted all of 10 minutes. I do not recommend at all..if there is some way of getting tickets without the use of this company, I’d recommend doing that and just figure it out on your own. That company that sells the tickets (Quint Events), should be put out of business and the whole moto gp events need to be looked at closely by BBB and places of the sort! They claim to love all of the fans so much but then take our money and straight up lie to us! Also just read the feedback under mine and they say they interacted with a CEO named Brian Raidy, well I was told the name was Brian Haines, as he’s the one that sold me the package. They are such liars and scammers it’s unreal and over a month now, still waiting for that wonderful gift we were promised. Also the gifts offered were crap when I did get to see them, there was one Rossi pic (which most people will want), Casey stoner, and maverick ..other that that you get your name on a flag that most people are not even going to be at, not to mention I already have one I bought from COTA. So it’s all a huge scam! The worst thing about it is they are CRUEL to lie and build up a expensive experience that most of us will never be able to afford again. If I ever go again, I will not be using this raggedy a** company. Super ticked off to this day…….Thank you.

Not perfect, but very close
I attended the 2025 Silverstone GP and had a great race weekend. The food and drink were great and so were the staff. They all went the extra mile to ensure our every concern was taken care of.
The main complaint I had was getting around the circuit required a lot of walking and it would have been nice if there were shuttles from the gates to the paddock area instead of needing to walk quite a distance to get to the internal shuttle buses.

Got the rider package and for our first GP event it was everything we needed. The paddock tour we got was very nice and extensive:) getting our tickets was easier than expected and the response time for any questions or problem was very fast!
Overall a great experience !!
MotoGP Premier was very helpful !
Great three days at the track and everyone in the Premier group was very helpful and friendly during our experience. Ticketing and purchases were also easy and the staff was very responsive to questions, emails, and phone calls.
I will be booking again next year
Amazing experience
It was amazing, from reserving with Jack to meeting some pilots, what an experience!! The city, the lights, the energy, the noise, definitely worth it and I can't wait to do it again!!
Moto GP Premier added unnecessary…
Moto GP Premier added unnecessary stress to my weekend. What the experience entailed, where and when to meet were communicated to my spam email at the last minute. By the time I understood when & where I was supposed to meet, (with only GPS coordinates having been provided, not much use with a rapidly dying phone battery), it was too late. I missed my paddock & garage tour. A simple statement such as “meet at Moto GP Village” entrance at 12:20PM would made it crystal clear, instead of an email easter egg hunt. I suppose that’s too much to expect an extra $700. It was a rip off and a bad experience all around, putting me in a crap mood when I should have been enjoying the entire experience. For $700 all I got was a few slices of bread, some dip, and a few grapes, along with a bad tasting glass of water while listening to Maverick answer the same questions he’s been are asked a thousand times already.
In my opinion, the Premier Pass was anything but.
Never again.
Moto GP Philip Island 2024 out of this world
What an awesome time we had at Philip Island Moto GP. The Staff in Gold Suite 5 were amazing. They were very attentive. We had the best time ever. Hopefully will do it again soon. Thanks again
Nice reception and professional staff
Nice reception and professional staff, we got to see and hear "almost" more than we expected. This was my 6th visit to a race weekend, never been on a tour before. Now we're keeping our fingers crossed for a Eurojackpot, so I can buy tickets to the next level.
Very helpful and professional.
Our contact from the company, Jack Sealy was so helpful right from helping me book the event through to answering a myriad of questions before we went.
Amazing
Amazing! SO fun! Everything was even better than I anticipated. Meeting a few riders, toured the garage, walked pit lane and loved the VIP Village food/experience. The guides were the best. Highly recommend.
June 2024
June 2024, attended Assen TT Rider package. Never attended an event using this MotoGP Premier before. We enjoyed the mixture of package events and free time to explore the track. Staff was SO nice and patient answering all of our questions.
